★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Замовлення в цьому магазині нічого крім розчарувань та негативних емоцій не принесло, спочатку 12 днів довелося чекати на замовлення, але товар так і не отримав, мотивували що це провина доставки і товар прибуде за 3 дні під їхню гарантію, так за 3дні котел доставили, але іншої марки майже на 110€ дешевше від замовленого і оплаченого, різницю повертати відмовились, але обіцяли на наступний товар зробити знижку, цікаво нащо мені вона якщо мене ошукали. Вважаю дану фірму потрібно обходити стороною, але якщо Ви не цінуете свій час і гроші тоді Вам саме сюди! Ласкаво просимо!
Ordering in this store did not bring anything but disappointments and negative emotions, at first we had to wait 12 days for the order, but did not receive the goods, motivated that it is the fault of delivery and the goods will arrive in 3 days under their warranty, so in 3 days the boiler was delivered, but another brand is almost 110 € cheaper than ordered and paid, they refused to return the difference, but promised to make a discount on the next product, I wonder why I have it if I was deceived. I think this company should be avoided, but if you do not value your time and money then you are here! Welcome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza deludente, ho ricevuto la merce quasi un mese dopo l ordine. Secondo il negoziante ciò è stato dovuto al ritardo da parte del magazzino di Hisense.
Disappointing experience, I received the goods almost a month after the order. According to the shopkeeper, this was due to the delay on the part of the Hisense warehouse.

Ho ordinato prima un condizionatore Hisense e mi è stato consegnato in tempi rapidissimi. Da poco ho acquistato un Trial e non si sono smentiti sia nella cortesia sia nei tempi di consegna. È un negozio che consiglio con piacere e spesso ad amici e conoscenti.
I am very satisfied with the Rezzato Clima. The staff are extremely polite and knowledgeable. Talking to them helped me a lot to decide in my choice. I ordered a Hisense air conditioner first and it was delivered very quickly. I recently purchased a Trial and they have not denied themselves both in courtesy and in delivery times. It is a shop that I recommend with pleasure and often to friends and acquaintances.
