P	Paul Meadows on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sono trovato bene per quanto riguarda la gestione della prenotazione, a 2 giorni dalla partenza ancora non mi avevano fatto sapere se si faceva oppure no (se c'era il numero minimo di partecipanti). Mi è capitato con altre agenzie che alcuni viaggi o escursioni vengano annullati per mancanza di adesioni ma me lo comunicavano almeno una settimana prima così uno si organizza diversamente, ma la cosa più antipatica è che ti dicono che ti fanno sapere entro una data o ti inviano una mail "in giornata" e poi il nulla. Ho sempre chiamato io per chiedere spiegazioni, anch'io lavoro per il pubblico ma mi comporto diversamente. I wasn't happy with the management of the booking, 2 days before the departure they still hadn't let me know if it was done or not (if there was the minimum number of participants). It happened to me with other agencies that some trips or excursions are canceled due to lack of memberships but they communicated it to me at least a week before so one organizes differently, but the most unpleasant thing is that they tell you that they let you know by a date or they send you an email "in the day" and then nothing. I have always called to ask for explanations, I also work for the public but I behave differently.
