★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver cercato diversi installatori nella mia zona nessuno di essi mi ha convinto dopo qualche tempo ho conosciuto Biomassa Evolution su YouTube, da lì ho compilato la preanalisi gratuita, qualche giorno dopo e venuto Massimiliano a casa mia per il preventivo ed è stato gentile e competente e in più mi a seguito dall'inizio alla fine dei lavori.
Come caldaia ho scelto una legna pellet con due puffer e impianto solare. L'installatore Giandomenico è stato molto competente ed è riuscito ad risolvermi brillantemente diversi problemi in corso d'opera.
L'installazione è stata fatta in Val Susa Piemonte.
 After looking for several installers in my area none of them convinced me after some time I met Biomassa Evolution on YouTube, from there I filled out the free pre-analysis, a few days later Massimiliano came to my house for the quote and he was kind and competent and in addition I followed from the beginning to the end of the works.
As a boiler I chose a wood pellet with two puffers and a solar system. The installer Giandomenico was very competent and was able to brilliantly solve several problems during the work.
The installation was made in Val Susa Piemonte.

I met Biomassa Evolution on YouTube and I was immediately struck by the professionalism and seriousness of Ugo, Michele and all the specialized installers and the quality of the products installed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale super disponibile e professionale. Pur essendo la prima installazione di un impianto a biomassa complessa il lavoro è stato portato a termine senza intoppo. A conti fatti abbiamo ottenuto quello che ci aspettavamo : casa sempre calda e consumi ridottissimi.
Super helpful and professional staff. Despite being the first installation of a complex biomass plant, the work was completed without a hitch. On balance we got what we expected: always warm house and very low consumption.

Fin da subito Ugo mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio, rispondendo a ogni mia domanda e togliendomi ogni minimo dubbio.
Il preventivo mi è stato fatto da Massimiliano che mi ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine e anche dopo. Nel mio caso è stata installata una caldaia a pellet con puffer e pannelli solari maggiorati per la produzione di acqua calda. L'installatore Antonio è stato molto professionale, super competente nel suo lavoro e molto educato. Sono veramente contento di essermi affidato a loro per questo investimento e consiglio vivamente Biomassa Evolution.... ANCORA UN GRAZIE MILLE A UGO, ANTONIO E MASSIMILIANO ???.

After seeing various Ugo videos on Youtube, I decided to rely on Biomassa Evolution.
Right from the start Ugo made me feel at ease, answering all my questions and removing every slightest doubt.
The quote was given to me by Massimiliano who followed me from start to finish and even after. In my case, a pellet boiler with puffer and increased solar panels was installed for the production of hot water. The installer Antonio was very professional, super competent in his job and very polite. I am really happy to have entrusted myself to them for this investment and I highly recommend Biomassa Evolution .... MORE THANKS TO UGO, ANTONIO AND MASSIMILIANO ???.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità innanzitutto. Ho avuto modo di incontrare Ugo e subito si è dimostrato un persona molto preparata. Mi è piaciuta la gestione del lavoro, tempistiche rispettate con estrema puntualità, cosa piuttosto rara nel settore. Altro aspetto positivo la gestione delle pratiche, (chi si è addentrato in ciò sà di cosa parlo) gestite senza lasciare incombenze al propietario. Per quanto riguarda l'impianto, posso ritenermi soddisfatto, per ora (fine Ottobre), ho gestito tutto con il solare termico che ha una resa molto elevata. Una nota di merito agli installatori che sono stati rapidi, puntuali e puliti. Hanno anche gestito una situazione problematica con il vicino. Ottimo lavoro.
Professionalism first of all. I got to meet Ugo and he immediately proved to be a very prepared person. I liked the management of the work, deadlines met with extreme punctuality, which is quite rare in the sector. Another positive aspect is the management of the practices, (who has delved into this knows what I am talking about) managed without leaving tasks to the owner. As for the system, I can be satisfied, for now (end of October), I have managed everything with solar thermal which has a very high yield. A note of credit to the installers who were quick, punctual and clean. They also handled a problematic situation with the neighbor. Good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abitiamo in montagna e la scorsa primavera abbiamo deciso di sostituire il nostro vecchio impianto a legna con un impianto di ultima generazione e più sostenibile, poiché il consumo di legna per il riscaldamento e per l'acqua calda era molto cospicuo.
Dopo svariati tentativi con altre ditte del posto, abbiamo preso un appuntamento con Ugo De Stefani, il quale in maniera estremamente professione ci ha consigliato l'impianto che poi abbiamo scelto, guidandoci in tutte le varie fasi.
In base alle nostre necessità è stata installata una caldaia a legna con due puffer, munita di impianto solare termico a quattro pannelli.
L'installazione è stata ultimata in quattro giorni e siamo molto contenti del risultato: ad oggi (installazione luglio 2021) abbiamo sempre e solo usufruito dell'acqua calda fornita dai pannelli solari (zona montana, alt. 1000 m) e siamo per questo già molto soddisfatti. Prevediamo di integrare con l'accensione della caldaia all'arrivo dei primi freddi.
Ci sentiamo quindi di consigliare Biomassa Evolution per serietà, professionalità e competenza.
We live in the mountains and last spring we decided to replace our old wood-burning system with a latest generation and more sustainable one, since the consumption of wood for heating and hot water was very conspicuous.
After several attempts with other local companies, we made an appointment with Ugo De Stefani, who in an extremely professional way advised us on the system that we then chose, guiding us in all the various phases.
Based on our needs, a wood boiler with two puffers was installed, equipped with a four-panel solar thermal system.
The installation was completed in four days and we are very happy with the result: to date (installation July 2021) we have always and only used the hot water provided by the solar panels (mountain area, alt. 1000 m) and for this reason we are already very satisfied. We plan to integrate with the ignition of the boiler when the first cold weather arrives.
We would therefore like to recommend Biomassa Evolution for its seriousness, professionalism and competence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavoro e persone di qualità. Sono anni che seguo Ugo con biomassa evolution sui social, l'ho conosciuto proprio da lì. Io e la mia compagna ad oggi abbiamo fatto installare un impianto di riscaldamento per acqua calda sanitaria e di riscaldamento per termosifoni in ghisa, composto da un impianto solare termico e da una caldaia a pellet 5 stelle. Oggi è stata ultimata la messa in servizio dell'impianto, con esito più che positivo, dai nostri installatori, Tonino e Cristian (oltre ad essere qualificati nel loro lavoro, sono anche splendide persone), ringraziamo ancora Biomassa Evolution per l'ottimo lavoro in team e il risultato raggiunto.
Quality work and people. I've been following Ugo with biomass evolution on social media for years, I met him from there. To date, my partner and I have installed a heating system for domestic hot water and heating for cast iron radiators, consisting of a solar thermal system and a 5-star pellet boiler. Today the commissioning of the plant has been completed, with more than positive results, by our installers, Tonino and Cristian (in addition to being qualified in their work, they are also wonderful people), we thank Biomassa Evolution again for the excellent work in team and the result achieved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve, da pochi mesi ho istallato una caldaia a pellet, per 13 anni ne avevamo una a legna, scaldava molto bene, ma gran impegno, sia per mantenerla accesa, che manutenzioni di pulizie, oltre al lavoro del preparare la legna. Con questa nuova, pulizie quasi inesistenti e ricarica in 10/15 minuti ogni 5/6 giorni, in più col controllo da remoto, si può seguire ogni sua fase a distanza.
Sono molto soddisfatto del lavoro e lo consiglio a tutti, grazie mille.
Hi, a few months ago I installed a pellet boiler, for 13 years we had a wood-burning one, it heated very well, but a lot of effort, both to keep it on, and to maintain the cleaning, in addition to the work of preparing the wood. With this new, almost non-existent cleaning and recharging in 10/15 minutes every 5/6 days, plus with remote control, you can follow each phase from a distance.
I am very satisfied with the work and recommend it to everyone, thank you very much.
