Il venditore che ci ha seguiti ha prima commesso l'errore di non tenere conto dello sfrido per la posa del pavimento e inoltre ha conteggiato male anche lo stucco. Siamo dovuti tornare su (1 h di strada tra andata e ritorno) a prendere il materiale, in due momenti diversi. Ora abbiamo preparato le piastrelle per il bagno e.....saranno contate anche queste! Logicamente non è stata una dimenticanza nel trasporto ma proprio nel preventivo..quindi sono lievitati i costi..mai più
Beautiful products but bad sales assistance. The seller who has followed before we committed the error of not taking into account the scrap for the laying of the floor and also counted also hurt the grout. We had to go back up (1 h of road back and forth) to take the material, at two different times. Now we have prepared the tiles for the bathroom ..... and these will also be counted! Logically it was not a forgetfulness in transport but in the budget ... so the costs have soared .. never again

E vorrei puntualizzare che nn mi sono mai soffermata a fare recensioni di nessun genere....é la prima volta e spero l' ultima.
riassumiamo,
Veniamo senza appuntamento e nn ci può dedicare del tempo Indi prendiamo un appuntamento.
Mi dice di mandarle per mail le mie esigenze,io le invio modello e finitura e lei mi manda preventivo per tutt' altra finitura.
Le chiedo il preventivo per la giusta finitura e mi dice di contattarla telefonicamente.
La contatto telefonicamente e mi dice che nn ha tempo.
Le mando un sms come da lei richiesto, mi dice che mi avrebbe richiamato e nn lo fa
Appuntamento alle 14.30 alle 15 decidiamo di andarcene....
Io capisco vogliate salvare la vostra reputazione ma bisogna avere onesta e ammettere che la gestione in questo caso è stata pessima
Io ho tutte le mail e i messaggi che provano la mia parola...voi potete dire lo stesso?
