★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile trovare un servizio di assistenza così scadente! O meglio, completamente inesistente! Consiglio vivamente di non comprare prodotti di questa azienda a marchio ARTEL. Io ho avuto la sfortunata idea di installare qualche anno fa un impianto con climatizzatori inverter, per un totale spesa di oltre 12.000 euro. Oggi che ho un problema su una macchina non sono in grado di avere assistenza e devo cambiare l'intero gruppo per poter ripristinare il riscaldamento nel mio locale. Artel, ha già fallito una volta, ma evidentemente, meritano di chiudere definitivamente. Un comportamento altamente disonesto oltre che poco professionale. Mi chiedo come possano esserci "imprenditori" di questo livello nel 2018. VERGOGNOSO e SCANDALOSO! Simone
 Difficult to find such a poor service! Or rather, completely non-existent! I highly recommend not to buy products from this company with the ARTEL brand. I had the unfortunate idea of installing a system with inverter air conditioners a few years ago, for a total expenditure of over 12,000 euros. Today that I have a problem on a machine I am not able to have assistance and I have to change the whole group in order to restore the heating in my room. Artel has already failed once, but evidently, they deserve to close permanently. A highly dishonest as well as unprofessional behavior. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro assistenza pessimo, inesistente. La scheda madre della mia caldaia si rompe, il tecnico ne ordina una nuova e quella che spediscono è a sua volta rotta, questo la dice parecchio lunga sulla serietà dell'azienda. Tengo a precisare che la caldaia ha solo 1 anno di vita....
Quando chiamo il centro assistenza parte una segreteria che dice che mi ricontarteranno....cioè non parlo con nessuno ma saranno loro a chiamarmi!! Mi sono pentita talmente tanto di aver comprato questa caldaia che tutti i giorni tiro accidenti!

When I call the assistance center, an answering machine starts saying that they will contact me again .... that is, I do not speak to anyone but they will call me !! I regretted buying this boiler so much that I shoot damn every day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anno 2019 hanno sbagliato via e non sono arrivati. Ho dovuto riprendere un altro appuntamento. Anno 2021 appuntamento preso a luglio per settembre e non si sono presentati.
Year 2019 they took a wrong turn and did not arrive. I had to resume another appointment. Year 2021 appointment made in July for September and they did not show up.

Ad oggi mai sentiti, mai richiamato, mai avuto loro notizie. Viste le recensioni lasciate da altri le confermo pienamente. Inaffidabili e poco seri. Meglio andare altrove.
Their number was given to me by the previous house owner for a fireplace. Called 3 times after several months to make an appointment. Solicited several times. To date, never heard of, never called back, never heard from them. Given the reviews left by others, I fully confirm them. Unreliable and not very serious. Better to go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una truffa. Vi mostrano un listino (dove ci sono prezzi "chiari", non "a partire da"). Chiedono pagamento anticipato per il sopralluogo, non si presentano agli apuntamenti, come successo ad altri che hanno scritto recensioni (e non rispondono alle chiamate!!), poi presentano un preventivo triplicato per l'installazione. I dipendenti e le segretarie Revo srl sono molto maleducati e non sanno giustificare il preventivo. Non c'era nessun lavoro particolare da fare in casa. E dopo mesi, ancora non hanno inviato la fattura del pagamento. Una truffa, con Eurobrico complice, che non mi ha minimamente supportato. Truffatori.
A fraud. They show you a price list (where there are "clear" prices, not "starting from"). They ask for advance payment for the inspection, do not show up for appointments, as happened to others who have written reviews (and do not answer calls !!), then present a tripled estimate for the installation. Revo srl employees and secretaries are very rude and do not know how to justify the quote. There was no particular work to be done around the house. And after months, they still haven't sent the payment invoice. A scam, with Eurobrico as an accomplice, who didn't support me in the least. Scammers.
