Unica nota positiva la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate in cucina, di buon livello. Materie prime di ottima qualità e varietà di scelta originale rispetto al classico menù della zona. Carta dei vini ottima e di media/alta qualità. Ci ritornerò per assaggiare altro. C'è un però, purtroppo avendo una propria azienda agricola non tutto e disponibile... ma si risolve andandoci un'altra volta ?
