Great service - our waiter was Luca and he mercifully showed me how to properly eat my fish LOL. Very light tiramisu for desert. The restaurant is by the river and expect the daytime is magical there.

The dishes all feature local produce, especially the trout raised at the agriturismo. We thought it was all absolutely delicious! The view seated by the window, over the river in their private valley was divine. A perfect lunch before visiting the nearby monastery!

The place is simply incredible: delicious food, top notch service and a magic atmosphere. You dine at the river side and eat the local best (they actually manage a trout farm nearby) - all arranged creatively by chefs that really know their stuff. Their pizza is a must-try!
X	X Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best food experiences in the region. The menu centers on a focused selection of sweetwater fishes + crayfish, bred on the premises – plus pizza. There's also pasta with and without fish. We tried different antipasti, pasta, trout and sturgeon as well as desserts. We didn't try the pizza. Everything was obviously very fresh, but also quite imaginative – particularly the sturgeon tartar and a pasta filled with minced beef, served with burrata and resting on a bed of porcini, were impressive. We found Subiaco and its surroundings to be one of the must-see places in Lazio, but compared to most other restaurants in the area La Parata would have been worth the visit on its own. Grazie!

The food is fantastic.. very fresh fish and that tiramisu Mamma mia… I still dreaming!! very light and perfect. Everything is delicious and would like to came back again when we visit this place.just 1hr from rome..and at last..To all staff Thankyou so much for the service very kind, and friendly .bravo ragazzi??
