★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercherò in poche righe di raccontare la mia paradossale esperienza in questo salone, prova della grande MALEDUCAZIONE e SCORETTEZZA dei proprietari.
Dopo aver prenotato telefonicamente per un TAGLIO e dopo aver spiegato di persona quale era il taglio da me desiderato, il parrucchiere (perdendosi in chiacchiere) non ha voluto tagliarmi i capelli effettuando esclusivamente la piega adducendo a sua discolpa la mancanza di tempo ed una presunta incomprensione (a mio parere assurda).
Risultato: ho dovuto pagare 27€ per una piega di cui non avevo bisogno, senza ricevere alcuna scusa, né sconto o un invito a tagliare i capelli un altro giorno.
Anzi, le mie insistenze per ricevere il taglio, per cui mi sono recata lì perdendo del tempo, sono state completamente ignorate.
Per questo la mia valutazione (1 stella) è fin troppo gentile.
I will try in a few lines to tell my paradoxical experience in this salon, proof of the great DAMNESS and SCORETTE of the owners.
After booking by telephone for a CUT and after explaining in person what was the cut I wanted, the hairdresser (getting lost in talk) did not want to cut my hair by doing only the fold, citing his lack of time and a presumed misunderstanding. (in my opinion absurd).
Result: I had to pay € 27 for a fold I didn't need, without receiving any apology, discount or an invitation to cut my hair another day.
Indeed, my insistence on receiving the cut, for which I went there losing time, have been completely ignored.
This is why my assessment (1 star) is too kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto carino , piccolo ma accogliente. I titolari si sono dimostrati molto cordiali e attenti a rispettare le mie richieste .sono rimasto molto colpito dalla pulizia del locale e dall osservanza quasi maniacale delle norme sulla protezione anti covid.
Very nice, small but cozy shop. The owners were very cordial and careful to respect my requests. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and by the almost obsessive compliance with the rules on anti-covid protection.

Che dire mi sono trovata benissimo.
Porto un taglio corto e assimetrico e se nn sei brava nel taglio si vede.....poi quando li lavi a casa ti rendi conto della professionalità.
Alessandra ha soddisfatto appieno le mie aspettative.
Sono tornata x fare il colore risultato ottimo!!!

I wear a short and asymmetrical cut and if you are not good at cutting you can see ..... then when you wash them at home you realize the professionalism.
Alessandra fully met my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Titolari molto professionali e competenti. Alessandra ha sempre una buona parola per tutti, ti accoglie sempre con il sorriso anche se, per vari motivi, non ti vede spesso, ascolta le tue esigenze e ti accontenta.
Ambiente bello e pulito, molto attenti all'osservazione delle ultime regole sanitarie, fra l'altro hanno sempre usato spazzole monouso anche prima del covid per cui massima sicurezza...
Negozio che consiglio vivamente!!

Beautiful and clean environment, very careful to observe the latest health rules, among other things they have always used disposable brushes even before the covid so maximum safety ...
