Avevo specificato di aver capelli trattati con henné e aveva detto di saper risolvere il problema, in negozio ha dovuto cercare (in mia presenza) cosa fosse l'henné su internet.
Cortese e gentile, ma 160€ per avere i capelli blu anche no.
Pessima esperienza, non torneró.
I asked for one thing and went out with another.
I had specified that I had henna-treated hair and said that I knew how to solve the problem, in the shop he had to search (in my presence) what henna was on the internet.
Courteous and kind, but € 160 to have blue hair also not.
Bad experience, I won't be back.

Ha chiamato in mia presenza non so chi per capire come funzionasse un prodotto che mi ha messo in testa, mi ha fatto dei trattamenti che non avevo richiesto e il taglio era davvero imbarazzante... non ho trovato professionalità. Mi spiace, ma 165€ li spendo volentieri se esco come voglio io... Per me è no.
