Invece mi hanno risposto molto gentilmente fornendomi ed inviandomi tutte le informazioni . Certo , la merce la sto attendendo, ma nulla da ridire sul customer service. Per contro vorrei magari suggerire di essere altrettanto gentili e fornire i dati della spedizione corretti : per esperienza personale di quando gestivo un team di customer care , gli italiani quando si tratta di avere un servizio sono carentissimi in educazione e spesso non sanno comprendere cosa sia un tracking n° pretendendo che ci sia la fatina azzurra che risolva i loro problemi , all'altro capo del telefono. Anche numero a pagamento 199 non prevede assistenza adeguata. Inaffidabili. Bad service. They send notification by sms of non-delivery due to absence, but they do not really go through to deliver. È il 24 Dic e ancora non ho capito se consegnano oppure no entro oggi! Nello stato di consegna trovo delle informazioni contradditorie. Risulta IN CONSEGNA ENTRO OGGI, allo stesso tempo ECCEZIONE di cui ho trovato il glossario* e spero si riferisca al ritardo che sto subendo, e in un'altra pagina lo vedo in SPEDIZIONE GIACENTE e che vuol dire??? questo sul glossario non c'è.. se significa che è in giacenza vorrei sapere proprio perché! Mi è anche arrivato un SMS che dice Shipment on hold - Milan, e questo mi preoccupa non poco.. Ho telefonato 2 volte al numero di assistenza, NON N. VERDE MA A PAGAMENTO! ho selezionato l'assistenza di un operatore ed è caduta la linea in entrambi casi, quindi oltre ad essere a pagamento è INUTILE E MANGIA SOLDI! Ho chiesto informazioni sia ieri che oggi tramite loro form online, NON HA RISPOSTO NESSUNO e non ho nemmeno ricevuto un numero di ticket. .. Ho come l'impressione che questo pacco non arriverà mai in tempo! Ormai sono le 17.39!!!!
