Una esperienza piacevole, qualche momento di spensieratezza, chiacchiere e sorrisi anche con la sua aiutante simpaticissima. PS. Non fatevi ingannare dall'aspetto del salone, non sarà all'ultimo grido, ma è pulito ed ordinato e ciò che conta è che funzionino la testa e le mani quando si va dal parrucchiere, no? Il locale è piccolo ma molto pulito e accogliente e tutto nel rispetto delle norme covid. Quando sono andata via la signora Clelia mi ha anche dato il biglietto da visita con una promozione da poter utilizzare per la prossima volta... Più di così! Premetto che nel prenotare l'appuntamento al telefono la sensazione iniziale non è stata per niente positiva in quanto la signora che mi ha risposto sembrava infastidita, per nulla garbata e gentile. Nonostante ciò ho voluto dare fiducia perchè capisco la situazione covid in cui ci troviamo ma per quanto mi riguarda a una cliente non ci si rivolge in quei modi in nessun caso. Detto ciò non ho annullato il coupon (perchè avrei tranquillamente potuto) ma ho voluto dare fiducia e provare. Purtroppo avrei dovuto seguire il mio istinto perchè il taglio risulta storto e il resto lasciamo perdere, mia mamma è tornata da me totalmente insoddisfatta e amareggiata. Ogni commento é puramente superfluo... Ho chiamato per lamentarmi e mi é stato detto di riportare mia moglie che li avrebbe corretti facendomi notare la sua disponibilità... Non si tratta di disponibilità ma di semplice onestà nel capire che forse il lavoro fatto era sbagliato..bisogna solo ammettere quando si ha dei limiti nel propio lavoro il balayage non é di casa in questo parrucchiere... Mai mai più....pessima esperienza..richiesto rimborso con foto annesse a groupon e ricevuto... Siccome sanno fare il loro mestiere, é meglio prendere appuntamento per tempo, se si vuole qualche giorno/orario specifico. Per il mio matrimonio volevo un semiraccolto particolare con un trucco leggero e Clelia ha saputo esaudire il mio desiderio sotto ogni aspetto, pianificando benissimo prove e tempistiche fino al grande giorno. Acconciatura e trucco sono durati tutto il giorno senza nessuna noia o capello fuoriposto. Inoltre non ho mai avuto mani più curate grazie a Simona per il mio giorno speciale! Posto qualche foto anche delle prove svolte. Ancora grazie!
