★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto in dubbio la professionalità della hair stylist, ma su di me ha fatto obiettivamente un pessimo lavoro. Ho i capelli sottili e nonostante le mie rimostranze sono stati eccessivamente sfilati e scalati. Il risultato é un capello che appare sfibrato e un taglio (troppo) corto che non tiene nessuna piega. Senza contare alcune evidenti asimmetrie sulla nuca. Non la consiglio e non ci tornerò.
 I do not question the professionalism of the hair stylist, but on me she objectively did a bad job. I have thin hair and despite my complaints they have been excessively pulled out and scaled. The result is a hair that appears brittle and a (too) short cut that does not hold any creases. Not to mention some obvious asymmetries on the nape. I do not recommend it and will not go back.

Ho voluto fortemente la consulenza di Irene, perché credo che - oltre alla tecnica - la capacità di immaginare l'opzione migliore per incorniciare un viso sia l'abilità da ricercare in questo settore. The salon is very nice, the staff very kind and helpful, the quality products. I strongly wanted Irene's advice, because I believe that - in addition to technique - the ability to imagine the best option for framing a face is the skill to be sought in this sector. colore eseguito malissimo, a macchia di leopardo per intenderci, ho i capelli bianchi sparsi che non hanno coperto, specie sull'attaccatura. Solo la piega è costata 40euro ma con un pessimo risultato. Per non parlare del resto... Non prestano nessuna attenzione e nessun ascolto ai clienti.
Big disappointment!!
color done very badly, patchy to be clear, I have scattered white hair that has not covered, especially on the hairline. Only the fold cost 40euro but with a bad result. Not to mention the rest ... They pay no attention or listen to customers.
