Competenza, cortesia e consulenza di altissimo livello da parte di Daniela, che, con pazienza, gusto eccellente ed empatia, ha saputo consigliarci al meglio. I mobili sono di altissima qualitá e design strepitoso, l'offerta va dal classico al moderno, ma sempre di gran classe. Lo consiglio vivamente! Io e mio marito siamo stati seguiti dalla signora Daniela del centro Binacci zona Eur. Abbiamo riscontrato professionalità, gusto e competenza, empatia ma soprattutto sintonia e il risultato è stato al di sopra delle aspettative grazie anche alla professionalità di chi ha realizzato il montaggio. Ottima esperienza e quindi assolutamente consigliato. I consider myself particularly demanding and in the sector I do not lack experience and know-how. My husband and I were looked after by Mrs. Daniela from the Binacci Eur area center. We found professionalism, taste and competence, empathy but above all harmony and the result was above expectations thanks also to the professionalism of those who carried out the assembly. Il mobile per il soggiorno mi e' arrivato completamente diverso da come lo avevo progettato con l'architetto del negozio. Purtroppo non ho potuto rimandarlo indietro perche' ne avevo bisogno. Per avere l'armadio e il como' ho dovuto aspettare sei mesi. Ora si e' rotto un braccio dello sportello del mobile che ho acquistato per il soggiorno, quello che uso di meno, tra l'altro. Dovro' chiamare un falegname per farlo sistemare. Considerato il prezzo abbastanza alto dei mobili, considerato il servizio e i tempi di attesa, sconsiglio a tutti l'acquisto dei mobili presso questo rivenditore I bought a piece of furniture for the living room, a wardrobe and a dresser for the bedroom from Binacci Arredamenti a few years ago. The furniture for the living room came to me completely different from how I had designed it with the architect of the store. Unfortunately I couldn't send it back because I needed it. To get the wardrobe and the dresser I had to wait six months. Now an arm of the door of the furniture I bought for the living room is broken, the one I use the least, by the way. I'll have to call a carpenter to get him fixed. Considering the fairly high price of the furniture, considering the service and waiting times, I do not recommend buying the furniture from this retailer.

Bravissima Nives che con molta pazienza mi supporta sempre concretizzando le mie idee in soluzioni personalizzate. Ma bravo anche il resto del team, per il supporto a consegne e fatturazione e per l'assistenza super veloce ed efficiente. Excellent value for money. When I buy from Binacci I'm never wrong. Very good Nives who always supports me with a lot of patience, putting my ideas into customized solutions. But the rest of the team is also good, for the support for deliveries and billing and for the super fast and efficient assistance.
