Il team oltre ad essere molto qualificato e pieno di soluzioni brillanti è anche molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Io personalmente sono stata seguita da Andrea che mi ha sopportata e soprattutto supportata dalla progettazione alla realizzazione non solo della mia nuova cucina ma anche della camera da letto e della parete attrazzata. Un ringraziamento speciale anche ai montatori.
 In this shop I found everything I was looking for and needed. The team in addition to being very qualified and full of brilliant solutions is also very attentive to customer needs. I personally was followed by Andrea who supported me and above all supported by the design to the realization not only of my new kitchen but also of the bedroom and of the wall with doors. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono solita lasciare recensione negative ma purtroppo devo farlo, ci danno il primo appuntamento per lasciare la piantina della cucina e chiederci la nostra desiderata, dopodiché ci danno un'ulteriore appuntamento per farci vedere il progetto e dirci il prezzo in promozione.
Arriviamo al secondo appuntamento, pensando fosse una cosa da 15 minuti (d'altronde dovevamo solo vedere il progetto e il prezzo) e il sig.re che doveva farci trovare il progetto pronto aveva appena iniziato a farlo, con non poche difficolta prova a fare il progetto, quindi passa la prima mezz'ora, a mettere su questo progetto ricordandogli che i pensili dovevano essere alti 2,70m e altre cose che, nel primo appuntamento già aveva comunicato.
Dopo circa un,'ora ,salta la connessione. Quindi tutto il progetto perso, rimaniamo in attesa per altri 30 minuti circa dopodiché, visto che avevamo preso un permesso e stavamo pagando la babysitter abbiamo deciso di andarcene. Premetto che il consulente che ci ha servito, non era affatto dispiaciuto, neanche una volta abbiamo sentito, mi dispiace per il ritardo, mi dispiace per l'accaduto. Detto ciò siamo stati contattati dopo 4 gg e ci comunica il prezzo in promozione, e dopo un mese ci richiama per sapere se avevamo deciso....non abbiamo neanche visto il progetto!!!! Deciso il nulla!!!
I don't usually leave negative reviews but unfortunately I have to do it, they give us the first appointment to leave the kitchen plan and ask us for our desired one, after which they give us another appointment to show us the project and tell us the promotional price.
We arrive at the second appointment, thinking it was a 15-minute thing (after all we just had to see the project and the price) and the Mr. the project, then spends the first half hour, putting on this project reminding him that the wall units had to be 2.70m high and other things that, in the first appointment he had already communicated.
After about an hour, the connection will be dropped. So all the lost project, we wait for another 30 minutes or so after which, since we had taken a permit and were paying the babysitter we decided to leave. I state that the consultant who served us was not at all sorry, not even once did we hear, I'm sorry for the delay, I'm sorry for what happened. Having said that we were contacted after 4 days and he tells us the promotional price, and after a month he calls us back to find out if we had decided .... we have not even seen the project !!!! Nothing decided !!!

Sono stato assistito dalla progettazione degli spazi interni al mobilio e non solo, con gentilezza, competenza e simpatia!
Materiali di alta qualità e soprattutto assistenza nello scegliere il necessario senza esagerare nel proporre, ma semplicemente consigliare la cosa più adatta alle mia esigenza.
Esperienza più che positiva, tanto che ho dato incarico per una seconda ristrutturazione.

Grande attenzione alla soddisfazione del cliente ed alla gestione di piccoli contrattempi, anche se non direttamente dipendenti dalla loro responsabilità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akrodesign è il posto che mi ha aperto gli occhi sulle infinite possibilità dell'arredamento e della ristrutturazione di interni, su quanto sia importante essere seguiti e consigliati in maniera attenta, personale, affidabile ed originale. Dopo aver girato 4 negozi che vendevano le stesse marche, aver fatto fare diversi preventivi (anche dal colosso svedese) sono arrivata da Akrodesign e ho capito di essere nel posto giusto. Andrea e Lorenzo sono due proprietari competenti, aggiornati e preparatissimi. La loro simpatia è superata solo dalla loro gentilezza. Mi hanno accontenato in tutto, assecondando le mie mille richieste e cambiamenti con una pazienza unica e consigliandomi al meglio sull'acquisto della mia cucina Aran , che è davvero STUPENDA! Purtroppo ero quasi alla fine della ristrutturazione, ma in ogni caso ho comprato l'interno della cabina armadio, delle mattonelle e degli altri particolari. Potendo pero' ti seguono da zero con mille indicazioni eccellenti e convenientissime. E' certamamente il posto da cui partire quando si sta per iniziare a ristrutturare la propria casa. Grazie!

After having toured 4 shops that sold the same brands, having had several estimates made (even by the Swedish giant), I arrived at Akrodesign and I realized I was in the right place. Andrea and Lorenzo are two competent, up-to-date and highly trained owners. Their sympathy is only surpassed by their kindness. They satisfied me in everything, satisfying my thousands of requests and changes with a unique patience and advising me in the best way on the purchase of my Aran kitchen, which is truly WONDERFUL! Unfortunately I was almost at the end of the renovation, but in any case I bought the inside of the walk-in closet, tiles and other details. If they can, however, they follow you from scratch with a thousand excellent and convenient information. It is certainly the place to start when you are about to start renovating your home. Individuati dopo una ricerca online, ci siamo rivolti a un professionista, il signor Maurizio, per ristrutturare casa e seguire i lavoro. Ha fatto il sopralluogo e pareva anche competente. Sparito una prima volta, ha addotto il furto del Tablet con conseguente perdita del nostro numero di telefono. Dopo mesi, ci incontriamo per vedere la sua proposta e aveva predisposto l'1% del progetto. Dopo mesi, non ha più risposto alle chiamate e ha ancora le nostre carte. Sconsiglio vivamente per evitare perdite di tempo.
RISK OF LITTLE RELIABLE PROFESSIONALS AND LOSS OF TIME
Identified after an online search, we turned to a professional, Mr. Maurizio, to renovate the house and follow the work. He did the inspection and also seemed competent. Disappeared for the first time, he alleged the theft of the Tablet resulting in the loss of our phone number. After months, we meet to see his proposal and he had prepared 1% of the project. After months, he no longer answered calls and still has our cards. I strongly advise against it to avoid wasting time.
