★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare !!!! Ho ordinato 4 sportelli per il mobiletto del bagno più semplice di così !!!!! Dopo due mesi e mezzo sono arrivati i sportelli della misura sbagliata e dovuto riportare al negozio è passato un altro mese, silenzio assoluto . Quando arriveranno ?????? Chi sa ?

Absolutely to be avoided !!!! I ordered 4 doors for the bathroom cabinet simpler than that !!!!! After two and a half months the wrong size doors arrived and another month had to be brought back to the store, absolute silence. When they will arrive ?????? Who knows ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare! Durante il preventivo mi sono lasciato convincere dal prezzo effettivamente più basso della concorrenza. Dal montaggio in poi è successo di tutto:
1) causa errata comunicazione del negozio al produttore, il buco per il piano a induzione era troppo piccolo.
2) nell'ordine mancavano i secchi per il pattume.
3) i montatori hanno graffiato la cappa ed è stata montata decentrata rispetto al piano cottura.
4) un pannello a vista è stato ordinato troppo corto.
5) non erano presenti delle viti per il montaggio di un mobile e ho dovuto fornirle io, a mie spese, ai montatori.
Dopo 2 mesi di attesa mi sono rivolto alla casa produttrice che mi ha indirizzato verso altro negozio.
L'unico di questi problemi risolto da specialisti in arredo è stato il numero 1).
Tutto il resto è stato risolto dal secondo negozio a cui mi sono rivolto, ovviamente pagando.
Il signor Enzo, proprietario del negozio, durante le mie telefonate aveva anche la pretesa di avere ragione.

To avoid! During the budget I was persuaded by the actually lower price of the competition. Everything has happened since assembly:
1) due to an error in communication of the store to the manufacturer, the hole for the induction plan was too small.
2) the garbage pails were missing in the order.
3) the fitters scratched the hood and was mounted off-center with respect to the hob.
4) a visible panel has been ordered too short.
5) were not present screw for mounting a mobile and I had to provide me, at my expense, a fitter.
After 2 months of waiting I turned to the manufacturer who directed me to another store.
The only one of these problems solved by furniture specialists was the number 1).
Everything else was solved by the second store I turned to, obviously paying.
Mr. Enzo, the shop owner, also claimed to be right during my phone calls.
Scam specialists!
