Ci hanno sempre accolti con molta cortesia e professionalità dandoci anche dei preziosi consigli per la scelta tra la gamma dei loro prodotti. Anche quando abbiamo riscontrato un problema per un pezzo mancante del nostro trio Inglesina, si sono sin da subito impegnati per assisterci. Lo consigliamo! We have turned to Bimbineria several times both to give gifts to friends and to buy a pram and other products for the birth of our daughter and we have always enjoyed it. They have always welcomed us with great courtesy and professionalism, also giving us valuable advice for choosing among the range of their products. Le recensioni negative sono assolutamente reali a dispetto forse di quelle positive...chissà! quando avevo letto non ci avevo dato peso,ma visitandoli mi sono dovuta ricredere. Assolutamente d'accordo sul commento di chi sosteneva che posti come questi danno senso ad acquisti fatti su amazon ed online. La proprietaria del negozio è speciale, con la sua pazienza e cordialità ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta per telefono dal momento che abitiamo a Roma. Spedizione puntualissima. Non si può trovare di meglio per l'acquisto di articoli per l'infanzia! We bought a Bebecar trio. The owner of the shop is special, with her patience and cordiality she gave us all the information we needed and satisfied all our requests by phone since we live in Rome. Punctual shipping. You can't get better than buying baby items!
F	Francesco Casotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio, erano uno dei pochi negozi ad avere in stock il kit per adattare la mia carrozzina al trasporto in auto, li ho contattati su FB per sapere se sarebbe stato possibile spedire all'estero (dove risiedo), hanno risposto prontamente dandomi anche una stima dei costi di spedizione (molto ragionevoli). Il sito non consente la spedizione fuori dall'Italia ma ci siamo accordati tramite Whatsapp, ho pagato per bonifico ed hanno velocissimamente spedito il kit. Servizio efficace ed amichevole! Excellent service, they were one of the few shops to have in stock the kit to adapt my wheelchair to transport by car, I contacted them on FB to find out if it would be possible to ship abroad (where I live), they replied promptly giving me a estimated shipping costs (very reasonable). The site does not allow shipping outside Italy but we agreed via Whatsapp, I paid by bank transfer and they sent the kit very quickly. Effective and friendly service!

Ho acquistato il trio cam , mi ha seguita Desirée, bellissima persona , davvero gentile , ma soprattutto disponibile al massimo, sempre col sorriso sul volto...mette sicuramente a proprio agio i clienti . Il proprietario gentilissimo anche lui mi ha aiutata a caricare in macchina il trio senza nessun tipo di problema. La velocità il top...ho ordinato il trio alle 18.00 e alle 19.15 era già pronto da andare a ritirare ,inscatolato e sanificato . Consiglio vivamente (BIMBINERIA Cernusco sul naviglio) Grazie ancora Erika Super... L' assortimento è vastissimo e più che completo ed i proprietari e dipendenti sono gentilissimi. Noi abbiamo comprato di tutto (anche il completino per il battesimo ), e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo , tutto di qualità. Il valore aggiunto è la competenza e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Soprattutto quando si fanno acquisti importanti , tipo lettini , trio o seggiolini auto , la consulenza è fondamentale, soprattutto per chi è al primo figlio . Lo raccomando vivamente. Merita . Top!
