Per Natale i miei genitori hanno acquistato un beretto di lana con pon pon. Dopo qualche settimana si è staccato il pon pon e i miei genitori hanno reclamato in negozio visto il costo elevato per il beretto. La arrogantissima proprietaria ha accusato che è stato colpa del bambino di due anni a staccare il pon pon... Praticamente non ha fatto neanche la prova a venirci incontro... vi avviso finché acquistate è tutta sorridente se reclamate vi incula...
