Ho comprato tutto ciò che mi serviva per la bimba qui per comodità ma scegliendo solo da catalogo senza poter vedere i prodotti. Lo staff gentile ma non mi ha dato nessun consiglio per gli acquisti. Inoltre, hanno fatto problemi quando ho dovuto restituire un prodotto della Lista Baby e non avevo nemmeno chiesto il refund ma il cambio con un altro prodotto visto che mi erano stati regalati 2 prodotti uguali.
Compared to the other Prenatal stores, very little is found here. I bought everything I needed for the baby here for convenience but choosing only from the catalog without being able to see the products. The staff was nice but did not give me any advice for purchases. Furthermore, they had problems when I had to return a product from the Baby List and I had not even asked for a refund but exchange for another product since I had been given 2 identical products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo venuti domenica 25/11/2018 alle h 11:58 e la commessa all interno senza neanche aprirci la porta ci ha detto che erano chiusi di tornare nel pomeriggio che aprono alle h 16,mentre su Google l orario di chiusura risultava alle 12:30. Delusi in quanto siamo una clientela abituale di treviglio.
We came on Sunday 25/11/2018 at 11:58 am and the saleswoman inside, without even opening the door, told us that they were closed to come back in the afternoon which open at 4 pm, while on Google the closing time was at 12: 30. Disappointed as we are a regular clientele of treviglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio in pieno centro a Treviglio a pochi passi da Basilica ed il maestoso campanile. Interni ampio e molto ben fornito, trovi veramente di tutto tra abbigliamento ed accessori per bimbi. Pecca però la mancanza di parcheggio nelle vicinanze, bisogna sperare di trovarlo nella circonvallazione della città, il che non è proprio comodo.
Shop in the center of Treviglio a few steps from the Basilica and the majestic bell tower. Large and very well-stocked interior, you really find everything between clothing and accessories for children. However, the lack of parking nearby, you have to hope to find it in the ring road of the city, which is not exactly convenient.

Quando, circa un mese dopo,ho richiamato per informazioni circa l'arrivo del dono mi ha risposto una maleducatissima persona, che mi ha risposto in malo modo dicendomi di guardare sul foglio dell'ordine.Tralascio il resto della telefonata per pietà.Credo che in un negozio bisogna avere primariamente rispetto nei confronti dei clienti sempre e poi un minimo di capacità comunicative!
Mai più in questo negozio!!
