★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti allo stato puro: fosse stato per loro, avremmo rischiato di perdere la caparra legata all'approvazione del mutuo;non disponibilità a vedere l'immobile oltre le 18, ma disponibilità assoluta quando si è trattato di riscuotere..mille solleciti per capire lo stato della nostra proposta, di cui volevano mandarci una conferma di accettazione via mail anziché firmata! Per fortuna mia moglie è competente in materia altrimenti, saremmo stati in balia della sorte. Mai più.
Incompetent in its purest state: if it had been for them, we would have risked losing the deposit linked to the approval of the mortgage; not willingness to see the property beyond 6pm, but absolute availability when it came to collecting .. thousands of requests to understand the state of our proposal, of which they wanted to send us an acceptance confirmation by email instead of signed! Fortunately my wife is competent in the matter otherwise, we would have been at the mercy of fate. Never again.
