G	Gregorio Zingarello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente da anni di questa azienda con contratto di manutenzione a gennaio ho avuto una problema che avevo già individuato... chiamo la Bigiemme srl per la sostituzione di una termovalvola... la signorina sempre gentilissima mi manda un tecnico... il tecnico verifica si è la termovalvola da sostituire... ordinano perché in casa non l'avevano e vengono ad installarla... credetemi 5 minuti di lavoro una vite a sostegno e 2 fili... costo € 270,00 di cui verificato su internet € 62,00 spedita la termovalvola e non una simile proprio la stessa ed il resto per il lavoro svolto.... fattura emessa solo ed esclusivamente del totale senza specificare le voci... adesso io capisco che ci si deve guadagnare sui ricambi ma così a mio parere è troppo ad un cliente che ha un contratto con voi e quindi delle agevolazioni... ho chiamato per avere spiegazioni la signorina sempre gentilissima mi dice riferisco a chi di dovere ma nessuno si è fatto sentire... quindi caro il mio Sig. Bonalberti cancelli il mio contatto dalla sua banca dati e non si permetta più di farsi sentire... le fregature si prendono una volta.... la stella l'ho dovuta mettere per forza perché se no non lo pubblica ma non vi meritate proprio niente... Come nuovo Cliente, mi hanno subito fatto uno sconto e deve dire che i prezzi sono veramente concorrenziali, massima puntualità e il tecnico è rimasto per circa 1 ora e ha effettuato un lavoro molto accurato.
