E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato 5 anni fa delle porte Garofoli (ottimi prodotti) da un altro rivenditore che interpellato per un problema ad una cerniera mi diceva di aveva interrotto i rapporti con l'azienda e di conseguenza lui non mi poteva dare più assistenza... ho scritto a Garafoli che mi ha fatto chiamare da questa azienda che con grande professionalità è intervenuta rapidamente risolvendo il guasto. Tutti possono essere bravi a vendere un prodotto, sopratutto se di qualità, ma non tutti riescono a darti un'assistenza postvendita che ritengo molto importante. Se in futuro avrò bisogno di qualsiasi intervento sicuramente mi rivolgerò a loro e lo consiglierò anche ai miei amici. I bought Garofoli doors 5 years ago (excellent products) from another dealer who, when asked about a problem with a hinge, told me he had cut off relations with the company and consequently he could not give me more assistance ... I wrote to Garafoli who sent me a call from this company that with great professionalism intervened quickly solving the fault. Everyone can be good at selling a product, especially if it is of quality, but not everyone is able to give you after-sales assistance that I think is very important. If in the future I need any intervention, I will certainly contact them and I will also recommend it to my friends.

GFA Ceramiche è stata l'unica tra tutti i rivenditori Garofoli a Milano e dintorni, a fornici assistenza e a risolvere il nostro problema nonostante non avessimo acquistato da loro le porte. Ringraziamo il Sig. Fabio per la sua disponibilità e cortesia. We had a problem with the installation of some Garofoli doors purchased a couple of years ago through a company that followed the renovations. GFA Ceramiche was the only one of all Garofoli retailers in Milan and surroundings, to provide us with assistance and to solve our problem even though we had not purchased the doors from them. Ho appena concluso la ristrutturazione del bagno, che era un tugurio, e ho sostituito i serramenti e le porte. Il tutto eseguito nei tempi stabiliti. Il bagno è stilosissimo e le porte/serramenti sciccosissimi. Materiale di alta qualità e lavori eseguiti in maniera impeccabile nei minimi dettagli. Ho portato a Fabio il mio progetto e abbiamo condiviso insieme i lavori da eseguire. In Fabio ho trovato professionalità, competenza, esperienza, sicurezza e buon gusto. Per causa mia c'è stato un intoppo che Fabio ha prontamente risolto. È stato presente, sia fisicamente che telefonicamente, durante tutto il periodo dei lavori e anche nel post vendita. Anche i collaboratori sono stati tutti eccezionali. Sono più che soddisfatta della realizzazione dei lavori e senza ombra di dubbio per il prossimo lavoro di ristrutturazione mi rivolgerò ancora a loro. I brought my project to Fabio and we shared the work to be done together. In Fabio I found professionalism, competence, experience, safety and good taste. Because of me there was a hitch that Fabio quickly solved. He was present, both physically and by telephone, during the entire period of the works and also in the after-sales.
