F	Federico Guarneri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nel mio condominio hanno installato un impianto solare termico integrato da teleriscaldamento che non funziona e probabilmente non ha mai funzionato. I termometri dei tubi di andata (rosso) dai pannelli solari e ritorno (blu) dallo scambiatore , NEL PRIMO POMERIGGIO DEL 7 AGOSTO IN GIORNATA DI SOLE PIENO , mostrano che l'apporto termico dei pannelli solari termici è nullo quando invece dovrebbe essere massimo. Il tecnico della Thermoimpianti che è intervenuto ha dato la ASSURDA spiegazione che i pannelli solari termici devono apportare calore allo scambiatore solo quando non lo fa il teleriscaldamento della A2A, mentre la regola d'arte ( così come il capitolato in base al quale abbiamo acquistato dalla "Immobiliare i fanti") stabilisce che il calore dal sole sia PRIMARIO e che le fonti di calore da combustione (come è il teleriscaldamento, cascame termico della centrale elettrica a ciclo combinato di A2A) siano secondarie. Dopo più di un mese di richieste di intervento e solleciti non hanno dato alcuna risposta. in my condominium they have installed a solar thermal system integrated with district heating that does not work and probably has never worked.
