I went with my wife to repair the wheels of the bicycle, they also repaired the brakes for us at a very cheap cost. Can't recommend this shop, kind and honest.

Mi chiedono 25€ per cambiare la ruota davanti che era un po' piegata, chiedo se ci sono alternative per sistemarla anziché cambiarla ma con fretta e scortesia mi dicono di no, senza neanche provarci. Ho portato la bici da un'altra parte e con 10€ mi hanno raddrizzato la ruota e sistemato i freni.
Rude and expensive. They ask me € 25 to change the front wheel that was a little bent, I ask if there are alternatives to fix it instead of changing it but in a hurry and rudeness they tell me no, without even trying. I took the bike elsewhere and with 10 € they straightened my wheel and fixed the brakes.

Sono già stato in passato cliente di Bici Frec (anche se non ho mai ben capito il nome ) e ora continuerò ad esserlo perché la ragazza che ci lavora é davvero gentile. La persona che gestisce le riparazioni é competente ma soprattutto VELOCE!!

To my surprise, the store has changed ownership. I have already been a customer of Bici Frec in the past (even if I never quite understood the name) and now I will continue to be so because the girl who works there is really nice. The person who manages the repairs is competent but above all FAST !!
