Trovo il comportamento assolutamente poco professionale considerando anche il prestigio della zona. Con la speranza che il titolare legga questo commento per giustificare questo modo di fare.
Today my wife has gone to buy a boss (she has already bought from you previously) and the clerk (blonde lady) has interrupted her potential purchase to start chatting with a friend who came in anyway after my wife. I find the behavior absolutely unprofessional considering the prestige of the area. With the hope that the owner read this comment to justify this way of doing.

I bought a sweater yesterday, the saleswoman assured me that it was pure cashmere, instead the label indicates that it is a wool blend and that the sweater is made in PRC (China). Bad experience.
