R	Rasindu fernando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andato 3 volte fare exami di sangue.tutte tre volte Fatto tardi fare risultati.qundi e nutile exami che abbiamo Fatto.non responde mai telefono.se voi provate chimare anche voi.dicono che manda risultati a whts up,e non viene.dopo dicono che dimenticato.non andiamo piu qua.se volete perdere vostro tempo e soldi, allora andate.non ho tanti soldi perdere,qundi io non vado.sono gia molto magro,qundi non voglio ne anche camminare perdere mio peso.gratzie Went 3 times to do blood exams.all three times Late to do results.qundi and nutile exami we did.he never answers phone.if you try to call too.they say he sends results to whts up, and he doesn't come after they say what a forgotten. let's not go here anymore. if you want to waste your time and money, then go. I don't have a lot of money to lose, so I'm not going. I'm already very thin, so I don't even want to walk losing my weight.

Non è assolutamente accettabile recarsi in un laboratorio privato ed essere trattati con tanta mancanza di rispetto. Sgarbate con me che sono in gravidanza e anche con chi c’era dopo di me. Una vergogna e non ci andrò mai più. The two front desk clerks are extremely rude and have no tact with patients. It is absolutely not acceptable to go to a private laboratory and be treated with such disrespect. Rude to me that I am pregnant and also to those who were after me. A shame and I will never go there again.

Il 23/6 ho portato mia mamma di 95 anni per degli esami di laboratorio da presentare all'abituale visita dal suo cardiologo. Come sempre al ricevimento della mail scarico l'esito pensando fosse completo ed invece comprendeva un solo foglio. Tento quindi di chiamare ma ascolto musica e una voce che mi dice di non riattaccare per non perdere la priorità raggiunta (QUALE SE NON RISPONDETE MAI!!!) Mi reco direttamente sul posto e la signora mi dice che riceverò un'ulteriore mail che comprenderà il "saldo" dei referti che mancano. Del resto il termine sarebbe oggi lunedi 5/7....dimenticavo...chiedo anche se il numero di telefono è cambiato visto che non si riesce a parlare con loro. La fortuna assiste la signora perché proprio in quel momento squilla il telefono e lei risponde facendomelo notare visto che erano le 11 e dicendomi con aria soddisfatta e compiaciuta....visto...dalle 11 rispondiamo...prima siamo occupate con i prelievi.. Ok..incasso l'ironia e attendo fino ad oggi l'arrivo di una mail che ovviamente non è arrivata. Ho l'ultima chance della telefonata dopo le 11...bene...ho ascoltato della buona musica e una voce fino a mezzogiorno... Il risultato o meglio il disagio che dovrò affrontare ora perché sono sicuro che i referti non salteranno fuori è che dovrò far rifare l'impegnativa come gli esami visto che il cardiologo di mia mamma li aspetta forse anche più di me. Ok .. I take the irony and await until today the arrival of an email that obviously has not arrived. I have the last chance of the call after 11 ... well ... I listened to some good music and a voice until noon ... The result or rather the discomfort that I will have to face now because I am sure that the reports will not come out is that I will have to redo the assignment as the exams since my mother's cardiologist is waiting for them perhaps even more than me.
