★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there a couple of times and in my opinion the front desk staff is unqualified and slow. Yesterday I had an appointment and I had to wait for about 40 mins as the doctor was late. The least they could've done is call me before and advise me the doctor was late as they already knew it. They kept me on edge telling ''the doctor will be here in 10 mins'', so unprofessional. The doctor was friendly.
In overall I don't like management of the centre in general. As for the doctors they have always been great, except for the dentist of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my partner and I had a covid test here the results took over 48 hours.... thus we missed our flight and had to stay longer and pay again to get another test a few days later!
Though the staff were great, unfortunately due to the time the tests took and the overall cost of paying twice for 2 people the price was extortionate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really provide a super great service with heart! The best test choice!!! They are very humanistic and helpful. Especially their Dr. G. Ferrucci really hard working to following up and send me the report in 5am in order to let me catching my flight in time. Ms. Laura is also very kindness and helpful. They are just who I know the names but also all their team are great!!! Limitation of my English and can’t express well how much my immense gratitude and appreciation to them! The very super great team!!!

Highly recommended for anyone needed a PCR test or any medical help in Milano.
