All'ennesima rassicurazione che l'esito sarebbe arrivato in tempo, ci siamo fidati e abbiamo pagato circa 140 euro per un tampone. L'esito non è mai arrivato, abbiamo buttato i soldi del tampone e del viaggio, oltre al danno conseguente al salto del viaggio. Non ho ancora ricevuto ulteriori comunciazioni, né esiti di tampone né una ricevuta, nonostante io stia provando a contattarli da un giorno intero. Pessima esperienza. Zero professionalità. Non mantengono quanto dichiarato. Spero almeno in un rimborso. Aggoirnamento: rimborso ricevuto. L'errore era del laboratorio di analisi (esterno). Loro invece moltocorretti e comprensivi. grazie We turned to this center because they guaranteed molecular swabs with same day results, a necessary condition for a business trip the next day. With the umpteenth reassurance that the outcome would come in time, we trusted and paid around 140 euros for a tampon. The result never came, we wasted the money from the swab and the trip, as well as the damage resulting from the trip. I have not yet received any further communications, no swab results or a receipt, although I have been trying to contact them for a whole day. Bad experience. Zero professionalism. They do not keep what was declared. I hope at least for a refund. Update: refund received. The mistake was made by the (external) testing laboratory. They, on the other hand, are very correct and understanding. thank you
M	Meryl Louise Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a good amount of time to spend then it’s a good service to do your swab tests, but just to warn you that the place is so busy in the morning and that there is no seamless process in place. Everyone tells you that you have to wait, then one receptionist talked to me in a rude manner just because I was asking about the next procedures. I understood that you are busy but no one has to scold me in the morning just because i was asking on the next steps, and because I can only speak in English. The second person who attended me is very nice, the female nurse was kind as well. Results for antigen came in quickly (~10 mins)
