Credevo che verificando telefonicamente la disponibilità di un pezzo, avendo codice casa madre, avrei mandato a ritirare il pezzo giusto. Ma è stato consegnato un pezzo diverso, non compatibile secondo la casa madre.
Anche il prezzo pattuito è risultato diverso.
Chiedendo la sostituzione mi è stato richiesto un sovracosto.
Chiedendo il rimborso mi hanno proposto un buono acquisti. Andando a restituire il pezzo, avendo perso tanto tempo e chilometri, mi aspettavo un almeno un saluto...
Non lo consiglierei come riferimento per ricambi

I believed that by checking the availability of a piece by phone, having the parent company code, I would send to pick up the right piece. But a different piece was delivered, not compatible according to the parent company.
The agreed price was also different.
Asking for the replacement I was asked for an overcharge.
Asking for a refund they offered me a shopping voucher. Going to return the piece, having lost so much time and kilometers, I expected at least a greeting ...
