Amo il brand, è uno dei miei preferiti, ma da oggi è in poi comprerò solo online.
Ho provato una scarpa , purtroppo difettata per via di un segno sulla punta dello stivale, essendo l'ultima ho chiesto se era possibile ordinarla.
Due giorni dopo con mio stupore era già in negozio, eh be ovviamente perché mi hanno dato quella difettata.
Hanno fatto partire l'ordine, ma mi hanno dato la stessa scarpa che non volevo prendere perché difettata. Addirittura ho chiesto se potevano riordinarla e la ragazza mi ha detto di no!
Si è rifiutata? Ah bo.. magari qualcosa si poteva fare, lo so perché lavoro anche io nel settore e so che se avessero voluto, avrebbero potuto fare felice una cliente che invece è andata via infastidita.
Mi sono sentita presa in giro..
Ho richiesto il rimborso e neanche mi hanno salutato all'uscita.
Ordinerò solo online e lo farò personalmente da oggi in poi.

I love the brand, it's one of my favorites, but from now on I will only buy online.
I tried a shoe, unfortunately defective due to a mark on the toe of the boot, being the last one, I asked if it was possible to order it.
Two days later to my amazement he was already in the shop, well obviously because they gave me the defective one.
They started the order, but they gave me the same shoe that I didn't want to take because it was defective. I even asked if they could tidy it up and the girl said no!
Did she refuse? Ah bo .. maybe something could be done, I know because I also work in the sector and I know that if they wanted to, they could have made a customer happy who instead went away annoyed.
I felt made fun of ..
I requested a refund and they didn't even say hello to me at the exit.
I will only order online and will do it personally from now on.
