La chiamata è iniziata subito male, risposte secche e sgarbate che non mi hanno aiutato affatto. L'operatrice si è rivelata acida e non all'altezza di un'azienda di questo genere.
Purtroppo non ero in grado di fornire un dato sulla pressione necessaria, ciò però non mi sembra affatto sufficiente per potermi sentir dire "se ne vada a cercare ciò che gli serve e poi mi richiami". Che servizio clienti è questo?
Ps. Ha concluso con un bel "senta io non posso stare a perdere tempo con lei, ho altre chiamate."

I called customer service to inquire about a fan / blower.
The call got off to a bad start, dry and rude replies that didn't help me at all. The operator turned out to be sour and not up to par for a company of this kind.
Unfortunately, I was not able to provide data on the necessary pressure, but this does not seem enough to me to be able to hear "go and find what you need and then call me back". What customer service is this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato prima di fare l'ordine per capire meglio le caratteristiche dei ricambi, ordinati/pagati , arrivati dopo un mese e dopo svariati solleciti, arrivati danneggiati perché imballati male e non conformi alle informazioni richieste precedentemente. Pessima esperienza.

A cinque giorni da ordine e bonifico effettuato, mi avvisano tramite mail che i prodotti sono terminati e saranno disponibili tra sei mesi! In alternativa ci sono dei prodotti a prezzo maggiore. Evviva la professionalità
