★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inoltro anche qui la stessa recensione rilasciata su facebook. Ho avuto occasione di verificare con mano il prodotto commercializzato fino a qualche mese fa. È funzionale ma non di ottima fattura. Ho dato 3 stelle perché l'azienda ha una buona rete commerciale ma non un buon prodotto a mio avviso. Ma facciamo una recensione completa e dettagliata. Il prodotto consegnato è privo di etichette e nome produttore. Saldature da lattoneria nere taglienti e poco precise riscontrate da alcuni vostri clienti. Listino cambiato due volte nell'anno solare prima commercializzavano un prodotto marcato "perfetto" con certificazioni di un tipo. Ora dal listino è stato tolto il nome del fornitore "perfetto" ma sono state lasciate le stesse certificazioni. C'è mancanza di chiarezza e trasparenza. Questo è il motivo delle 3 stelle. ( che vorrei sottolineare non è un voto negativo 3 su 5 è comunque sufficiente)
 Also forwarding here the same review released on facebook. I had the opportunity to personally verify the product marketed up to a few months ago. It is functional but not well-made. I gave 3 stars because the company has a good commercial network but not a good product in my opinion. But let's do a complete and detailed review. The delivered product is without labels and manufacturer name. Sharp and inaccurate black sheet metal welds found by some of your customers. Price list changed twice in the calendar year before they marketed a product marked "perfect" with one type certifications. Now the name of the "perfect" supplier has been removed from the price list but the same certifications have been left. There is a lack of clarity and transparency. This is the reason for the 3 stars. (which I would like to point out is not a negative 3 out of 5 is still enough)

I went for a technical consultation for the installation of a flue system and I found qualified personnel attentive to the needs of my place. Very prepared and excellent products. To recommend.

È un'azienda professionale e secondo il mio modesto parere la migliore del settore (viste le mie esperienze con altre aziende di cui sono rimasto deluso) . I dipendenti sono cordiali e competenti ed è stato un piacere accoglierli nel mio locale perché mi hanno fatto subito un'ottima impressione . Devo ammettere che desidererei ci fossero più aziende in Italia di questo stampo per questo ho voluto lasciare questa recensione. Grazie ancora Ars fumi e complimenti vivissimi continuate così!

I decided to share my experience with the Ars fumi company because I was completely satisfied with their work. It is a professional company and in my humble opinion the best in the sector (given my experiences with other companies with which I was disappointed). The employees are friendly and competent and it was a pleasure to welcome them to my restaurant because they immediately made an excellent impression on me. I must admit that I wish there were more companies in Italy than this mold so I wanted to leave this review. Thanks again Ars fumi and heartfelt congratulations keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto il loro servizio per il montaggio dei tubi (forniti da me) di una cappa da cucina casalinga, un lavoro a detta loro di 1 ora, dopo averli chiamati 2 volte per avere il preventivo, me lo sono fatto dire a voce e la cifra spuntata fuori era di 600 euro + iva (720 euro) (circa 12 euro al minuto). Ci avrei ricomprato l'intera cappa da cucina o a quel prezzo avrei pagato Cristiano Ronaldo per venirmela a montare. COMPLETAMENTE FUORI DALLA REALTA'! Evitateli se non volete perdere tempo. In allegato foto del preventivo come prova.
I asked for their service for the assembly of the pipes (supplied by me) of a home kitchen hood, a job according to them of 1 hour, after having called them twice to get the quote, I had them say it verbally and figure that came out was 600 euros + VAT (720 euros) (about 12 euros per minute). I would have bought back the entire cooker hood or at that price I would have paid Cristiano Ronaldo to come and assemble it. COMPLETELY OUT OF REALITY! Avoid them if you don't want to waste time. Attached is a photo of the quote as proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since one year I'm working in 5 stars hotel In Dublin that belongs To Marriot Company. We had opened a restaurant in the same structure and through friends we were furnished from Arsfumi company that planned and Installed the ventilation system for us .
The quality of the ventilation plan is absolutely perfect and I can Admit that the competitors are ten miles far from the cost -effectiveness which this Company offer.
On top on that there is the kindness, professionalism and accuracy of the employer ; from the consultant sales to operation team, We are proud to have called them even In Ireland, because in terms of ventilation group,there is nothing better than Arsfumi!!!!!!!!!
