G	Giulio Barisone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima ditta di manutenzione caldaia. Abbiamo preso appuntamento per manutenzione caldaia e sostituzione del termostato. I primi 2 appuntamenti sono stati annullati all'ultimo da loro causa imprevisti, al 3° appuntamento il tecnico è venuto portando un termostato sbagliato (avevamo chiesto uno wireless). Durante il 4° appuntamento non sono riusciti a collegare il termostato ad internet (caratteristica che ritengo fondamentale per un apparecchio wireless, altrimenti ne avrei comprato uno manuale ad un costo assolutamente inferiore). Dopo questo il titolare voleva farsi dare i soldi dell'istallazione nonostante quest'ultima non fosse stata portata a termine, e si è abbassato ad insulti personali ed assolutamente poco professionali. Non consiglio assolutamente di contattarli. Very bad boiler maintenance company. We have made an appointment for boiler maintenance and thermostat replacement. The first 2 appointments were canceled at the last by unforeseen causes, on the 3rd appointment the technician came bringing a wrong thermostat (we had asked for a wireless one). During the 4th appointment they were unable to connect the thermostat to the internet (a feature that I consider essential for a wireless device, otherwise I would have bought a manual at an absolutely lower cost). After this, the owner wanted to get the money for the installation even though it had not been completed, and he turned down to personal and absolutely unprofessional insults. I absolutely do not recommend contacting them.

Hanno svolto un lavoro eccezionale, hanno lasciato pulito e sono stati molto gentili, il che non guasta mai! Continuerò con loro anche per le manutenzioni. Top Climate was recommended to me by a friend, it was a very valuable advice, I turned to them to replace the boiler. They did an exceptional job, they left clean and they were very kind, which never hurts! I will continue with them also for maintenance.

Il tecnico è stato bravissimo e su di lui nulla da dire ma in sede di appuntamento si sono resi conto che il pacchetto che avevamo acquistato non era adatto alla nostra situazione ma di molto superiore. Contattata la ditta e spiegato il fatto, erano già stati avvertiti da tecnico, ci hanno risposto che non gli interessava e che non ci avrebbero rimborsato la differenza. Mancanza di professionalità a dir poco. We have benefited from the assistance of this company. The technician was very good and on him nothing to say but during the appointment they realized that the package we had purchased was not suitable for our situation but much higher. When contacted the company and explained the fact, had already been warned by technical, they said they were not interested and that there would not refund the difference. Avendo il condizionatore fermo da tempo e non perfettamente funzionante ho chiamato questa ditta per un sopralluogo, tra l'altro pagato profumatamente. Il tecnico va via dicendo che il condizionatore non ha nessun problema. Ma alcuni giorni dopo la macchina va in blocco e ho richiamato per chiedere un ulteriore intervento. Ma siamo nel mese di luglio e la segretaria mi risponde che sono pieni di appuntamenti e non hanno tecnici a disposizione. Per non parlare della maleducazione del proprietario che mi invita a non rompergli le scatole. Conclusione: mi lasciano al caldo e sono costretta a chiamare un'altra ditta pagando nuovamente l'intervento. Forse non hanno bisogno di lavorare. Pessimi. Absolutely negative experience. Tramite Prontopro si descrive la necessità nei dettagli, si prende appuntamento con un loro idraulico che viene a casa, valuta il problema e vi dice quanto costa. Non solo! I €20,00 verranno poi scalati dal preventivo se questo verrà accettato. Fantastico! Peccato che il tecnico che hanno mandato ci ha messo due ore per tentare di sturare un lavandino della cucina, ma senza riuscire minimamente perchè anche se era a conoscenza di cosa doveva fare, “si era dimenticato gli attrezzi adatti”. Il costo chiesto per due ore senza risolvere o almeno migliorare il problema è stato di €50,00. Il rigonfio preventivo (€80,00) è arrivato a distanza di 12 giorni dalla diagnosi e dopo due telefonate di sollecito da parte nostra. Abbiamo chiamato un altro idraulico che con 35 minuti e una pompa ad aria ha risolto il problema al costo di €30,00 totali. NB.: I signori di top clima guadagnano senza fatturare i soldi dei preventivi, rilasciano un banalissimo foglietto senza alcun valore commerciale e quindi, intascano soldi in nero. No, no e poi NO! Bene, devo dire che in entrambi gli interventi, da due diversi professionisti, sono rimasto soddisfatto. Sono stati veloci negli appuntamenti, ma diversamente non ne avrei fatto una colpa. Tutti vorremmo tutto e subito. Intervento consapevole e senza approssimazione. Consigli sia tecnici che di convenienza. Nell'ultimo intervento Devo dire che Giancarlo cosi come Eusebio, si è dimostrato persona molto gradevole, efficace e concreta. Per la mia esperienza (2 interventi a me 2 a mia madre e 2 a mia sorella) posso dargli solo 5 stelle. Sono cortesi ed attenti solo quando c'è da incassare. Il Signor Attilio per più di un anno mi ha preso in giro promettendo che avrebbe esposto il mio sfortunato caso alla Unical. Non ha fatto mai nulla e poi si è reso irreperibile al telefono. Complimenti per la professionalità! Absolutely bad experience. Contattati 2 volte per lo stesso problema il pressostato, lo hanno sostituito alla prima richiesta di intervento, ma malfunzionante da subito dopo la sostituzione, solo perché il tecnico si era scordato di girare una manopola, al secondo intervento mi hanno fatto ripagare pur ammettendo la loro responsabilità. Di fronte alle mie rimostranze il sig Attilio si è fatto negare più volte al telefono e non mi hai mai più ricontattato... mercenari Absolutely bad experience!
