★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ... stamattina 1/4 mi occorreva un flussostato bitron per una caldaia che aveva problemi di acqua sanitaria ed in 2 secondi me lo hanno consegnato. precisi educati, cortesi, efficienti e prezzi ottimi (17 euro, meno di ebay+costo di spedizione) ... sono aperti dalla mattina sino alle 18 ... lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!
... this morning I needed a bitron flow switch for a boiler that had sanitary water problems and in 2 seconds they delivered it to me. precise polite, courteous, efficient and excellent prices (17 euros, less than ebay + shipping cost) ... they are open from morning until 6pm ... I highly recommend it to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile ma pessima gestione del cliente. Se compri un prodotto da loro e questo è difettoso, puoi riportarlo inditetro, ci pensano loro a rimandarlo al fornitore: che fortuna! Il fornitore dopo anche diversi mesi (per loro stessa ammissione), risponde bontà sua fornendo una possibile soluzione. Con 40 filiali e una crescita anche all'estero, questa azienda ha la stessa potenza commerciale di un negozietto di 40 metri quadri e non riesce a pretendere un livello di servizio più elevato dai propri fornitori. Meglio il negozietto di 40 metri quadri o meglio Amazon: loro almeno ci mettono la faccia.
Nice staff but bad customer management. If you buy a product from them and it is defective, you can bring it back, they will take care of sending it back to the supplier: what luck! The supplier even after several months (by their own admission), responds kindly by providing a possible solution. With 40 branches and growth also abroad, this company has the same commercial power as a 40 square meter shop and cannot expect a higher level of service from its suppliers. Better the shop of 40 square meters or better Amazon: at least they put their face in it.

The shop is big, all nice, but the guy at the checkout who looks like the maneskin guitarist and the big one (I think the person in charge of the arrogance) are very unpleasant ...

Quello grosso addirittura non ha ancora capito la differenza tra un motore elettrico mono e uno trifase. L unica sua capacità era quella di credere che facesse sentire il cliente in difetto.
Poi ci lamentiamo che il lavoro non c è quando ci sono persone approssimate in ruoli specializzati che fanno perdere solo tempo.
Riguardo al negozio probabilmente sarà molto fornito.
Totally incompetent staff.
The big one hasn't even understood the difference between a single-phase and a three-phase electric motor yet. His only ability was to believe that he made the customer feel at fault.
Then we complain that there is no work when there are close people in specialized roles that only waste time.
As for the shop, it will probably be well stocked.
