★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diffidate da questa agenzia, incompetenti e professionalità pari a zero. Prendono in giro le persone facendo firmare la proposta e poi si scopre che la casa é già venduta. Vedo che non siamo stati gli unici ad ricever ricevuto questo trattamento. Si avvalgono di collaboratori assolutamente inaffidabili che non sanno cosa significa rispetto e lavoro. Abbiamo fatto avanti e indietro da Milano per 3 volte inutilmente, abbiamo perso tempo, sostenuto spese, rinunciato ad un altro immobile e ci siamo ritrovati con un pugno di mosche, versioni discordanti tra il sig. Bergomi e il suo collaboratore Facchinetti, tante parole inutili e un continuo scaricare le responsabilità uno sull'altro! Per non parlare del cattivo gusto nel farsi anche offrire un aperitivo al secondo incontro. Signori si nasce!!! Sconsigliamo vivamente.
 Beware of this agency, incompetent and zero professionalism. They make fun of people by having the proposal signed and then it turns out the house is already sold. I see that we were not the only ones who received this treatment. They make use of absolutely unreliable collaborators who do not know what respect and work means. We went back and forth from Milan 3 times in vain, we wasted time, incurred expenses, gave up another property and we ended up with a handful of flies, conflicting versions between Mr. Bergomi and his collaborator Facchinetti, so many useless words and a continuous shifting of responsibilities onto each other! Not to mention the bad taste in being offered an aperitif at the second meeting. Gentlemen are born !!! We strongly advise against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con questa agenzia non è stata positiva; ho acquistato una casa da ristrutturare una decina di anni fa, sovrastimata nel valore, con molti problemi a livello di documentazione, il servizio di consulenza non è stato all’altezza e tutto nell’interesse del venditore; i vuoti delle inesattezze documentali li pago anche oggi dopo una ristrutturazione salasso alla quale un buon servizio di consulenza dovrebbe accennare.
My experience with this agency has not been positive; I bought a house to renovate about ten years ago, overestimated in value, with many problems in terms of documentation, the consulting service was not up to par and all in the interest of the seller; I pay for the gaps of documentary inaccuracies even today after a drainage restructuring which a good consulting service should mention.

Fanno interessare potenziali acquirenti pubblicizzando immobili in zone centrali o comunque d'interesse, per poi dire che l'immobile si trova in tutt'altro luogo.
Mi pare poco professionale...
Start posting more explicit and truthful ads!
They interest potential buyers by advertising properties in central areas or in any case of interest, and then say that the property is located in a completely different place.
It seems unprofessional to me ...
