Dopo 20 min di attesa decido di chiamare l'agenzia dove mi dicono che avrebbero provato a sentire il collega che avrebbe dovuto presentarsi alla visita, dopo 20 min ancora di silenzio stampa decido di richiamare l'agenzia e mi dicono che mi avrebbe chiamato a breve. Mi chiama 5 min dopo l'agente dicendomi che non aveva nessun appuntamento segnato con me, e che probabilmente ho capito male io e che è impossibile che si sia sbagliato e che comunque avrebbe provato a sentire qualcun altro che poteva farci vedere la casa e mi avrebbe richiamato. Dopo 40 minuti di attesa decido di richiamare e l'agente mi risponde parecchio infastidito e insistendo che lui non aveva nessun appuntamento e che mi sono sbagliata io, alche ho controllato il registro chiamate e gli faccio presente che ci eravamo sentiti l'11 settembre precisando anche i minuti di chiamata, dopo aver negato ancora una volta mi ha praticamente detto di cercarmi un'altra agenzia e ha attaccato. Molto maleducato e poco professionale, se fossi stata nei suoi panni mi sarei vergognata.
