Esperienza di acquisto NEGATIVISSIMA, interessata all’acquisto di una casa, l’agenzia ha il mandato, faccio proposta di acquisto, verso caparra, dopo un mese circa, la banca mi comunica che la casa è una DONAZIONE, con tutti i nessi e connessi del seguito! Ovviamente hanno pensato bene di omettere questa cosa importantissima perché avevo già la proposta di mutuo deliberata, in mano! Sicuramente se loro mi avessero informato, era obbligatorio, avrei fatto una proposta con prezzo diverso oppure non l’avrei acquistata! Agenzia che, secondo me, non ha ragione di esistere!!!
