A	Alex Prussiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato l'auto con promessa di esecuzione tagliando e sostituzione griglia frontale... consegnata senza chiave di scorta per dimenticanza.... il giorno dopo la consegna si è accesa la spia anomalia motore.. ad oggi dopo 4 mesi nn ho la chiave nn ho la mascherina ho scoperto che il tagliando nn era stato fatto per "errore" ( eseguito in un secondo momento)e il problema della spia motore ancora persiste..... se chiamo in settimana c'è sempre un intoppo se chiamo il fine settimana mi viene risposto in maniera seccata! Esperienza assolutamente negativa Bought the car with a promise of execution, service and replacement of the front grille ... delivered without a spare key due to forgetfulness .... the day after delivery the engine fault warning light came on .. to date after 4 months I don't have the key nn I have the mask I discovered that the coupon was not done by "mistake" (performed at a later time) and the problem with the engine warning light still persists ..... if I call during the week there is always a hitch if I call the weekend I get an annoyed reply! Absolutely bad experience

Daniele visto i salti mortali che ha dovuto fare per consegnarmi la macchina in 1 g....fin dal primo contatto avvenuto telefonicamente è stato molto gentile e disponibile cosa rara di questi tempi ....mi ha fornito indicazioni molto dettagliate in merito all' auto e mi ha ricevuto in concessionaria nonostante fosse chiuso per ferie e soprattutto me l'ha consegnata in perfette condizioni in un solo giorno..... ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO!!!!! GRAZIE DAVVERO PER TUTTO I bought a used Ypsilon lance and I must say that I was very impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of Mr. Daniele seen the somersaults he had to do to deliver the machine in 1 g .... since the first contact by telephone it was very kind and helpful which is rare these days .... he gave me very detailed information about the car and received me at the dealership even though it was closed for holidays and above all he delivered it to me in perfect condition in just one day .. ... Daniele,persona veramente corretta e gentile,ha agevolato la conclusione della trattativa e dove possibile ,e' stato disponibile a soddisfare alcune mie richieste. A	Alessandro Maffi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato l'annuncio casualmente su autoscout, dopo un breve telefonata cordiale ci siamo accordati per un incontro per visionare l'auto, da subito appena presentatosi Daniele ho capito quanto fosse stata una fortuna imbattermi nel suo annuncio, l'auto era magnifica si presentava in ottimo stato nonostante l'eta del veicolo, chiarezza e trasparenza sono sicuramente le doti migliori da commerciante che ha Daniele, ma non mancano anche cordialità e simpatia del lato "civile". auto provata e subito bloccata ed acquistata, un ottimo scambio di informazioni e di documenti. Post vendita ineguagliabile a mio parere, mancava il frontalino della radio e prontamente mi è stata sostituita con una nuova. Non saprei che altro aggiungere se non un GRAZIE Daniele. Sicuramente mi sento di consigliare a tutti gli ipotetici futuri acquirenti che se siete indecisi tra due auto e una è di Cars Passion non indugerei nemmeno un secondo.... CARS PASSION! Il proprietario non ti racconta le classiche storie ma è diretto. Abbiamo avuto delle richieste e siamo stati accontentati… si leggono belle recensioni che spingono ad andare da Cars Passion ma i dubbi restano se siano vere o no.. noi confermiamo che sono vere: gentilezza “ trasparenza” e poi il servizio è talmente efficiente che l’auto ci è stata consegnata a casa?Fantastico. Positiva anche la valutazione dell’auto data in permuta. Andate e verificate? Consigliatissimo A doubtful hour's drive to view a used car. Doubts vanished so much that the car was bought. The owner doesn't tell you the classic stories but he is direct. We had some requests and we were satisfied ... you can read nice reviews that push you to go to Cars Passion but the doubts remain whether they are true or not .. we confirm that they are true: kindness "transparency" and then the service is so efficient that the 'car was delivered to us at home? Fantastic. The evaluation of the car given in trade-in was also positive. Go and check? Highly recommended
