★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well organized provided COVID-19 measures. The coming passengers leave from a dedicated Exit and the departing go in from a different Entry. That helps avoid crowding of people. Toilets are kept clean regardless of the big number of the people. There's a free Wi-Fi, registration required by mail. The Wi- Fi is fast enough.
The Tourist Info point works great! A very polite lady guided us in English and gave exact recommendations how to visit Bergamo, how much time we need to come back, which tickets to buy, where to leave our laggage.
The security check is working full capacity. It took us 30 min even if Green pass needs additional time to get checked.
I'm looking forward to be at the airport again for the winter holiday. Italian coffee compares to nothing else!
