R	Riccardo Poti' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday 5th September 2020 at 11.45 am, I kindly asked the two waiters at the door if I could sit with my two other friends for a drink. Our intention was then to proceed and have lunch at the same place. We were shocked when another member of the staff (not the waiters) verbally insulted us, saying that the premises only open at 12, and that was clearly stated on a board outside the restaurant. He shouted at us that we are blind and we can't read. Obviously we are able to read, we are Italians, we just missed the board, as it could happen to anyone. He was extremely rude, people like that don't deserve to have any customer facing job, as they can easily spoil the reputation of the business. If I was the owner of the place I would immediately take action and get rid of the guy! We will never go back to Berengario and nobody really should.

M	Mateusz Staranski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was delicious. Pizza was the best we eat in Italy. The pasta with sardines was also exquisite. Quick service and nice view. Remember that tables close to the lake you need to reserve at dinner time.
