Mi risponde al telefono un tizio con un'aria superficiale sin da subito, espongo il mio problema riguardo un marchio di moto che loro trattano e subito mi stoppa dicendo: "lei dove l'ha acquistata?"... Come a dire, se non compri da noi puoi anche tornare da dove sei venuto, quando poi in realtà devono offrire assistenza sempre e comunque soprattutto se la moto in questione ha appena 6 giorni di vita. Ad ogni modo mi dice che sono pieni di lavoro e che se voglio se ne parla a settembre.. per due bulloni da sostituire, per mezz'ora di lavoro che gli viene pure pagata a pieno dalla casa madre.. che squallore! Questi ignoranti non sanno che la garanzia vale in tutto il mondo! Eppure c'è gente che si rivolge a incompetenti del genere! Che immondizia c'è in giro... Bocciati in appena 1 minuto e 20 secondi di chiamata. Credo solo che ognuno debba andare per la sua strada, a me sembra che sono stato liquidato in questo modo e poi, è solo il racconto di ciò che ho avvertito io, le mie sensazioni. Disgusting service!
