★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo B&B l'ho trovato per caso, ero insieme a mia moglie e mio figlio piccolo, ci è sembrato un esperienza fuori classe, la signora Laura è incredibilmente amabile e gentile, dentro e tutto perfettamente ordinato, pulito è perfetto, meglio di molti 5 stelle.
 I found this B&B by chance, I was with my wife and my little son, it seemed like an out of class experience, Signora Laura is incredibly lovable and kind, inside and everything perfectly tidy, clean is perfect, better than many 5 stars.

Laura Jr explained us how we can plan our 3 day trip handed over map for day 1 and tips for travelers.
Laura Sr made sure my daughter is having good time at B&B and we are getting all required stuff. Nice and cozy place very close to public transport. They have nice terrace for early morning Coffee!
We shall love to visit again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this B&B. This was where I had booked to stay when I arrived in Italy after 15 hours of travel. Laura the owner was very welcoming when I arrived a few hours prior to actual check-in. The terrace is extensive & lovely at all times. The administrator Laura (a 2nd one & friend of owner) arrived promptly at 2 pm to check me in, provide a map & extremely helpful orienting information & suggestions...from transport to & from Venice to restaurants to boat & island hopping. Comfortable bed and room and nice continental breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely place to stay. They clearly made a real effort to make the place look good and make us feel welcome. The balcony/ terrace was beautiful and you could eat your breakfast out there. The room was nice, and had a good shower and air con. The area was well kept and quiet, so it was nice to be away from the hoards of tourists on the island.
We were given a really helpful introduction about Venice, and they explained the best way to get around, including information about costs, where to go on the main island and what islands to visit. I have to mention they have most beautiful friendly dog, who we spent quiet a while cuddling. Overall great value, and I would recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bongiorno beautiful people. My phone just reminded me that I stayed here exactly 3 years ago today. I absolutely loved it!! Its a great location and it was great to live like a local. I loved the outdoor area. We ate out there a couple times. We got take away pizza from a couple restaurants just 2 streets away and brang it back here to eat amongst the beautiful Italian vines and flowers. I even remember the pizza one night was a sausage and potato pizza and it was delish. The owners were just amazing and accommodating also. I hope I can come to stay again as we had such fond memories staying here in this place and neighbourhood for a few nights. Grazie.
