★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Приятный маленький отельчик, занимает часть виллы, которая расположена в живописном месте. 4 минуты ходьбы до автобусной остановки, минут 8 до трамвайной (оттуда можно добраться до Венеции). В отеле очень чисто, свежий ремонт. Завтрак очень простой. Больше похоже на В&В.
Есть парковка (платно).
 Nice little hotel, occupies part of the villa, which is located in a picturesque place. 4 minutes walk to the bus stop, 8 minutes to the tram (from there you can get to Venice). The hotel is very clean, freshly renovated. The breakfast is very basic. More like B&W.
There is parking (extra charge).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa; innanzitutto il pagamento richiesto anticipato e metà in contanti ( mai successo in 60 anni di frequentazione alberghiera forse per......) Colazione insufficiente; succo di frutta in cartone vuoto il primo giorno; senza tostapane e pan carre' inutilizzabile; saltato la colazione ( pagata ) il secondo giorno per ritardo della receptionist e senza possibilItà di rimborso visto che avevamo già saldato in anticipo.Camera bollente per l'eccessiva gradazione dei termosifoni, lampadina in bagno bruciata.
NO, NON TORNEREMO MAI PIU'
Negative experience; first of all the payment requested in advance and half in cash (never happened in 60 years of hotel attendance perhaps due to ......) Insufficient breakfast; fruit juice in empty carton on the first day; without toaster and unusable pan carre; skipped breakfast (paid) on the second day due to delay of the receptionist and without possibility of reimbursement since we had already paid in advance. Boiling room for the excessive gradation of the radiators, light bulb in the burned bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was really friendly and helpful. They gave recommendations on what to see in the city. The apartment felt like home, the breakfasts was amazing, and the prices are good. The owner of this apartment is a such a nice person. So if you want a true Venetian atmosphere, this is your place.
