A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i vari punti di interesse della zona. A rendere speciale il soggiorno è sicuramente Lorenzo, il gestore della struttura. Un vero esperto dell’ ospitalità che con la sua guida e presenza sa farti sentire a “casa”. La sua Assistenza, gentilezza e accoglienza fanno la differenza . A presto Centrally located B&B, in the heart of the historic center of Genoa, from the suggestive balcony overlooking the typical streets of the city. A few minutes walk will take you to the various points of interest in the area. To make the stay special is definitely Lorenzo, the manager of the structure. L	Laura Incremona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobili un po' vecchi ma l'appartamento è caratteristico perché è proprio in un palazzo della parte vecchia di Genova. Furniture a bit old but the apartment is characteristic because it is right in a building in the old part of Genoa.

Nulla da eccepire, soprattutto a questo prezzo. Consigliatissimo. Lorenzo and Alberto are two very pleasant guests. The rooms are very tasteful and clean, with all the comforts and in the heart of the historic center. Nothing to complain, especially at this price. Highly recommended.

Gli interni sono modesti, richiedono un po' di adattamento, ma in generale la struttura è pulita e silenziosa. Il vero plus è la gentilezza e disponibilità di Lorenzo, uno dei gestori, davvero super The property is in the historic center, you can reach everything on foot, there is a convenient parking nearby. La disponibile gentilezza di Lorenzo, che con sua mamma gestisce questo particolare B&B, mi ha permesso di risolvere sia i problemi di parcheggio (a 5 minuti dall'alloggio) che di movimento e sistemazione per la notte. La stanza che abbiamo occupato io e mia moglie dispone di bagno in camera e di spazio e finestre per non sentirsi "chiusi". Il check-in è stato veloce e Lorenzo ci ha dato indicazioni precise per andare a colpo sicuro nei ristoranti della zona. Credo che se avessi potuto disporre di una soluzione così da giovane mi sarei innamorato definitivamente di Genova, dei suoi carruggi e della sua "diversa umanità" che ne fanno una delle città più belle del mondo, per me... forse mi sarei deciso a trasferirmi qui per la vita. Oggi che sono un po' "anzianotto" avrei bisogno di qualche comodità in più e non riesco, purtroppo, a godere appieno della vita bohemien che ho sognato da giovane... An ideal accommodation to spend a few days in the heart of Genoa. The helpful kindness of Lorenzo, who runs this particular B&B with his mother, allowed me to solve both the problems of parking (5 minutes from the accommodation) and of movement and accommodation for the night. The room that my wife and I have occupied has an en-suite bathroom and space and windows so as not to feel "closed". Check-in was quick and Lorenzo gave us precise directions to safely go to the restaurants in the area. I believe that if I had been able to have such a solution as a young man I would have definitely fallen in love with Genoa, its alleys and its "different humanity" which make it one of the most beautiful cities in the world for me ... maybe I would have decided to move here for life. Now that I am a bit "senior" I would need some more comforts and, unfortunately, I am unable to fully enjoy the bohemian life that I dreamed of as a young man ...

Location is pretty good, in the old town ,we didn't use any public transport when we were there. I'd recommend it if you're staying two night or three.
D	Deborah Bithell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorenzo and Katya are perfect hosts. B&B is located in a fabulous spot for exploring the marina and Old Town. Superb restaurants and bars in close proximity offering a true feel for Genovese lifestyle. Can't wait to go back.

In the center of the old city, 5 minutes from the touristic sites but also not too close, so it's quite and not too touristic. * The staff is very nice and friendly. We were immediately greeted, offered cookies and got useful tips. * The hotel lies in a remodeled ancient house, and is very beautiful and stylistically designed. The bad stuff: * We had no hot water for shower in the evening. That's a minimum standard hotels have to stand. * Hotel is very difficult to find, we could have never found it unless we met accidentally one of the owners in the city, as we were carrying our luggage and we were very confused. *Parking is a little hard to find. The hotel offers you to park for 15 euros a day, which is pretty cheap. The hotel parking is pretty far from the hotel.
