La mia prenotazione era andata persa e la signora è stata molto scortese e ha rimandato il mio appartamento al giorno dopo (dovevo partire e non avrei trovato nessuno che mi desse un appuntamento in così breve tempo). Torno il giorno dopo e faccio manicure +pedicure entrambi son smalto semipermanente, (perdendo altre ore di lavoro per colpa della proprietaria) peccato che tornata a casa lo smalto sui piedi si stava staccando dalle unghie! Il livello di pulizia è alquanto scarso, tutti gli attrezzi del mestiere sono ammassati in una bacinella di plastica probabilmente degli anni '90, lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti.ho buttato soldi e sono stata trattata male, un'esperienza assolutamente da non ripetere!

My booking was lost and the lady was very rude and postponed my apartment to the next day (I had to leave and I would not find anyone to give me an appointment in such a short time). I come back the next day and I do manicure + pedicure both are semi-permanent nail polish, (losing more hours of work because of the owner) too bad that back home the nail polish was peeling off the nails! The level of cleanliness is rather poor, all the tools of the trade are piled up in a plastic basin probably from the 90s, I strongly advise against it at all. I threw money and was treated badly, an experience absolutely not to be repeated!

La proprietaria è una ragazza molto cordiale e alla mano che ha capito subito la mia voglia di cambiamento e ha saputo consigliarmi alla perfezione. I prodotti utilizzati sono di ottima qualità e il profumo che lasciano sui capelli è inebriante e persistente. Aggiungo che non ho sofferto durante lavaggio e asciugatura grazie alla delicatezza e al tocco leggero di Giusy! Il prezzo per questa magnifica esperienza è decisamente competitivo rispetto alla media di Firenze! Tornerò sicuramente! :D
I am extremely happy with the change I have achieved, I arrived with a dull and flat hair color, I went out with the most gorgeous and shiny hair I have ever had! The owner is a very friendly and easygoing girl who immediately understood my desire for change and was able to advise me perfectly. The products used are of excellent quality and the scent they leave on the hair is intoxicating and persistent. I add that I did not suffer during washing and drying thanks to Giusy's delicacy and light touch! The price for this magnificent experience is very competitive compared to the average in Florence! I will definitely be back! : D
