All very good and an excellent environment. I love that we can do both me on the women side and my son on the man side at the same time.
T	Tonia Desiato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace dare un giudizio negativo, ma per la mia esperienza in questo salone non posso fare altrimenti...purtroppo dal parrucchiere gli errori costano caro, sia in termini di immagine (perché poi si rischia di non uscire più di casa) che economici. Tutti noi sul lavoro possiamo sbagliare, la differenza vera la fa il modo in cui si rimedia all'errore, soprattutto se una cliente ti viene a segnalare, senza pretendere alcuna forma di risarcimento, che quella volta, anziché sistemarle il colore, le hai stirato i capelli...ad un appunto non si risponde con un "è impossibile, non è mai successo", perché purtroppo può capitare a chiunque e, a prescindere, il cliente va ascoltato ed accontentato, se ci tieni a farlo tornare...rispondere con fastidio e saccenza (che NON si ha, peraltro!) è sintomo di scarsa professionalità. I'm sorry to give a negative opinion, but from my experience in this salon I can't do otherwise ... unfortunately, mistakes at the hairdresser cost dearly, both in terms of image (because then you risk not leaving home) and economic. All of us at work can make mistakes, the real difference is the way in which the mistake is remedied, especially if a customer comes to report to you, without demanding any form of compensation, that that time, instead of fixing the color, you ironed them the hair ... a note is not answered with an "it is impossible, it has never happened", because unfortunately it can happen to anyone and, regardless, the customer must be listened to and satisfied, if you want to make him come back ... answering with annoyance and saccenza (which you do NOT have, by the way!) is a symptom of lack of professionalism.

Lo consiglio vivamente. Tutte sempre molto gentili e professionali. I did my hair mud today. The most enjoyable was the massage that accompanied the shampoo. It was like being in a relaxation center. Non pensavo che la mia esperienza fosse stat così ottimale, per la prima volta non ho detto "ops ha tagliato troppo" oppure "non è il colore che avevo cercato" hanno soddisfatto a pieno tutte le mie richieste e sn state bravissime nel capirmi.. Prodotti davvero il top avendo fatto un trattamento prettamente con prodotti olapex, un po costosi ma validi! Un grazie sopratutto a Miriam grazie a lei per tutto il risultato ottenuto davvero il top e davvero Una professionista.. Ancora grazie ci rivedremo siciramente❤️ I went to this shop for a color on my hair after a long time not taking care of it, and I have to say sn it was the top .. 10 as a welcome 10 as professionalism And 10 as a result. I didn't think my experience was so optimal, for the first time I didn't say "oops, he cut too much" or "it's not the color I was looking for" they fully satisfied all my requests and sn were very good at understanding me .. Really top products having done a treatment purely with olapex products, a bit expensive but valid!
