★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un groupon per provare questo parrucchiere. Ho provato a prenotare per oltre due settimane al numero indicato, ma è sempre spento. Nessuno ti obbliga ad aderire a groupon, ma se lo fai sarebbe corretto accettare le prenotazioni, non far finta di nulla.
I took a groupon to try this hairdresser. I have tried to book for over two weeks at the indicated number, but it is always off. Nobody forces you to join groupon, but if you do, it would be okay to accept reservations, not pretend nothing has happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo a nome di mia mamma che ha provato a prenotare dopo aver acquistato un coupon su Groupon. Nessuno ha mai risposto al telefono, al che mia mamma si è recata in loco (dopo quasi un mese di tentativi) chiedendo di poter fissare. La risposta è stata molto maleducata e del seguente tenore “non ho tempo da perdere”...“non posso stare a rispondere al telefono, ho altro da fare”. Al che mia mamma in modo educato ha risposto “ma come posso fissare se nessuno mi risponde?” La risposta è stata una cosa del tipo “non è un problema nostro, tanto ha tempo fino a febbraio per sfruttare il coupon”. Credo che sia un comportamento oltre che maleducato,, offensivo e scorretto, anche poco professionale, soprattutto nei confronti di un potenziale cliente. State alla larga da questo negozio di parrucchieri. Potrebbero essere anche bravi (non ho usufruito del servizio quindi non lo so), ma l’atteggiamento non li ripaga proprio!
I am writing on behalf of my mom who tried to book after buying a coupon on Groupon. Nobody ever answered the phone, to which my mom went on site (after almost a month of trying) asking to be able to fix. The answer was very rude and of the following tenor "I have no time to waste" ... "I can't stay and answer the phone, I have other things to do". To which my mom politely replied "but how can I fix if no one answers me?" The answer was something like “it's not our problem, as long as you have until February to take advantage of the coupon”. I think it is a behavior that is not only rude, offensive and incorrect, even unprofessional, especially towards a potential customer. Stay away from this hairdressing shop. They could also be good (I didn't use the service so I don't know), but the attitude just doesn't pay off!
