Attenzione, competenza, disponibilità, gentilezza e cortesia, in una parola professionalità, allo stato puro. Ma anche un luogo dove allenarsi in allegra compagnia che non guasta mai!
 If: you do Crossfit, or you want to do it but you don't know who to turn to or finally you don't know what it is but you are curious to find out, you have to go to Lorenzo and Jo. Attention, competence, availability, kindness and courtesy, in a word professionalism, in a pure state. But also a place to train in happy company that never hurts!

Malgré une difficulté de langage (coach italien et drop in francais) le cours s'est fait sans problème.
Très bon conseil durant la séance, je conseille fortement pour les mordus de crossfit.
Excellent box with a very relaxed and family atmosphere.
Despite a language difficulty (Italian coach and drop in French) the course was done without problem.
Very good advice during the session, I strongly recommend for crossfit enthusiasts.

Nice and qualified teacher.
There is NO locker for the clothes in the changing room.
There is the space to do stretching at the end of class.
