Ho prenotato una toelettatura per il mio pechinese bianco ed il risultato è stato incommentabile: pelo tagliato in maniera approssimativa e storto ( giustificando il tutto con uno stato presunto ansioso del cagnolino ???!!!!) , nella zona perianale la cute completamente tosata priva di pelo e arrossatissima( mi è stato giustificato anche questo dalla “ signorina” come un problema di bisognini fatti al momento dalla piccolina , specifico che non era stata richiesta una rasatura completa del pelo in nessuna zona ). Non ci ritornerò chiaramente e consiglio vivamente di guardarsi intorno perché sulla zona di Salerno ci sono altre strutture con personale qualificato. Ovviamente mi trovo costretta a portare la mia cagnolina dal veterinario e in aggiunta in altra struttura per assicurarmi che il pelo ricresca in modo decente .
Slack esperieza! Improvised staff! I booked a grooming for my white Pekingese and the result was incommentabile: hair cut in a rough manner and wrong (justifying everything with a state of the alleged anxious dog ??? !!!!), the anus completely shorn skin hairless and flushed (this was also justified by the "young lady" as a problem of bisognini made at the time by the little one, specific that a complete shaving of the hair in any area had not been requested). I will not return clearly and I highly recommend to look around because on the Salerno area there are other structures with qualified personnel. Obviously I am forced to take my dog to the vet and additionally in other structure to make sure that the hair grows back in a decent way.

Ottima organizzazione per quanto riguarda le toalettature ma soprattutto tanto amore per i nostri amici pelosoni. Il mio cane quando passa davanti al loro negozio deve entrare per salutare e poi devo trascinarlo via a fatica...se questo non è amore!
Good assortment of items from food to all accessories for wellness and animal care. Excellent organization with regards to the tables but above all a lot of love for our pelosoni friends. My dog when passing in front of their shop must come in to say goodbye and then I have to drag it away with difficulty ... if this is not love!

La ragazza della toelettatura Anna e il ragazzo alla cassa simpatiche e professionali. Per chi non fosse interessato alla toelettatura troverà la scelta di prodotti e tutto ciò che serve per i nostri amici nel loro punto vendita. Tornerò senz altro ??
Personally I found myself very well that I recommend it to anyone who wants good quality service. The grooming girl Anna and the guy at the checkout nice and professional.
