Ma ciò che realmente differenzia La cuccia di Fiby dagli altri negozi per animali è la titolare, Jennifer. Il suo amore per i pelosetti è smisurato! Ha sempre una parola dolce e un biscottino per ognuno di loro. Come dog-sitter fa miracoli (il mio Choco ne è la prova!). Inoltre offre anche servizi di asilo e pensione.
