★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi gestisce un negozio di animali si presuppone che sia amante degli animali, che ne desideri la salute e la sicurezza. Ieri ho acquistato un collare per il mio cane Achille facendo presente la sua esuberanza, stamane ha indossato il suo nuovo collare ed è successo ciò che non dovrebbe mai accadere, ad Achille mentre attraversava una strada statale si è sfilato il collare acquistato ieri. Stamane sono andata a sollevare la possibilità di un cambio, primo non mi hanno cambiato l'articolo, due non mi hanno chiesto scusa del disguido e tre il collare è rimasto a loro perdondo non grandi cifre ma sicuramente la fiducia e la stima in queste persone. Se Achille stamane mi andava sotto ad una macchina per avermi venduto un prodotto di scarsa qualità cosa avrei dovuto fare??? Ringraziando il cielo Achille sta bene.
Per cui, a seguito di quanto successo, non lo raccomando assolutamente.

Adesso Achille è senza collare....
Those who run a pet shop assume that they are a lover of animals, that they want their health and safety. Yesterday I bought a collar for my dog Achilles pointing out his exuberance, this morning he put on his new collar and what should never happen happened to Achilles while crossing a highway he took off the collar he bought yesterday. This morning I went to raise the possibility of a change, first they did not change the article, two did not apologize for the mistake and three the collar remained to them forgive not big figures but certainly the trust and esteem in these people . If Achille went under a car this morning for selling me a poor quality product, what should I do ??? Thankfully Achilles is fine.
So, following what happened, I absolutely do not recommend it.

Now Achilles is without a collar ....
